The salivating flee bag bears down on Zunk,

But the jaw of death misses.

M Dog Guard

Zunk clunks Cuddles, who is not determined to eat fat goblin meat.

M Dog Guard

Freigaar climbs down the ladder.

Freigaar you use your standard action to climb down the ladder. You notice the large mast there is a rusty chain wrapped around it, and the source of the woofing is attached to the chain.

M Dog Guard

Sorrin moves through the threatened area and draws the AOO from slobbering beast.

bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21;damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7

It's teeth snap together missing it's meal.

M Dog Guard

RD 1: Chewy

Chewy takes a wallop from Torgue growls and chomps down on the man,

bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29;damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

viciously shaking his head with the barbarian's calf in it's steel vice jaws.

Bri can hear the dog at the bottom of the stairs, she steps up to peek inside and then casts sleep.

save when it's Bri's turn:

will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

M Dog Guard

Just as Scabtongue was about to lunge at Burner, Zunk slides his dagger into the flea infested creatures throat, killing it.

M Dog Guard

To Burner's great surprise when he steps out to take hold of the ladder leading up to the roof, he finally notices the source of some of the barking.

As Zunk walks near the deck rail and past the mast he notices for the first time a nasty dog attached to a rusty ole chain. It is growling at Burner whose bulbous eyes see the dog for the first time.

Freigaar (-A: 4 is inside the cabin), I moved you to -B: 4

Mog it's going to take a full round action to clmb up to the roof.

Updted Map

I'll roll initiative soon.

M Dog Guard

perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13

Everyone can make out three distinctive barks, each with it's own characteristics. the is one that is echoing from within the ship that sounds fierce, it's growl is blood curdling.

M Dog Guard

Zunk and Burner each try to sneak around the cabin to catch a glimpse of the feral dogs barking. Burner's not overly perceptive as he gets distracted by some of the brightly colored algae. Zunk is quite but his vision is blocked by some of the vines.

The other three finally make it up the gangplank and curiously wonder where the their companions have disappeared to. Did some strange mojo make then vanish. Their eyes focus in on the dangling skulls and bone windchimes.

Updated Map

dog, perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Unfortunately, Scabtongue is too busy enjoying a good lick to notice either of the goblins approach.

Zunk and Burner don't see the dog and the dog does not see or smell them yet.

M Dog Guard

"Woof....grwwwwwrrrrr...woof, woof!"

Zunk and Burn your spines tingle as the nasty hound sound is close by.

M Dog Guard

The dreaded foul flesh eaters can be heard but not seen but the noise is coming from the ship.

It's a bit early for initiative, but I'll roll it up when it's time.

"WOOOOOF...GWRRRRRRRRRR...WOOF!"

M Dog Guard

Zunk and anyone who looks through the open gate:

The shipwreck itself is upright, held in place by the mud and sludge it now sits in and supported by thick growths of marsh gorse and other foliage. The derelict leans toward its stern at a noticeable but not unwieldy angle, and its railings are as decorated with hanging moss as they are with goblin skulls and bits of bone.

EVERYONE:

Suddenly the sound of two, no! three dogs can be heard howling from the ship. The yaps send spine tingling fear over your senses. Your dreaded enemy is nearby, probably ready to eat you and shred your flesh from your bones...or something even worse. The devil beasts seem to be talking to one another (at least that is what your goblin sense fear)

M Dog Guard

RD 4: Scraggs

chell there really wasn't a place to 5 ft step and your still on difficult terrain with the spike growth, so casting defensively was needed.

Out of the door comes a muscular creature, vaguely resembling a canine creature, whose has a coat that drinks up the light, drawing shadows in around it. Its maw is full of sharp teeth, and a wisp of shadow drips from its writhing tongue. It viciously bites at the flat-footed Truk.
