Oh, I guess Round 2 got mislabeled Round 1 again? Ok, so round 1 was move and cast ray of frost, round 2 is draw weapon and cast ray of frost and round 3 is cast ray of frost yet again! XD

Unwilling to lose her footing near the unnatural creature, Rosette moves closer with great care and extends her hand and fires an icy blue ray at the thing.

Still not sure of my 2E battle actions. Can she draw her weapon too?

Oops, ninja'd.
Rosette excitedly explains to Fola, talking along with Hangust. "First we went to the museum, Tavvar was there but she was really focused on the ritual, I dont even think she noticed the super scary shadows that were flying everywhere. One of them grabbed on to Dreadfang! Me and Paulie were arguing about the mushrooms, and I almost died! But not of boredom, at least. Boy, was that an unpleasant experience, new but no fun for sure. Luckily Aleksandr saved me. So it's all good now."

After enough time has gone by, she tries to work on the others remaining wounds.

Going to try using Medicine to treat wounds first. Sorry you had to spend a scroll on me!

Is a heal kit a thing in 2e? If so, I need to get one. XD

I can try Medicine again in an hour, or she does have Heal prepared herself. We might also get free healing back at the party when we return with Tavvar?

"Ooof, that was not fun at all!" Rosette exclaimed as she regained her feet. "But it was a new experience, at least. Thank you for the healing."

She sees Paulie at work trying to convince Tavvar to join up despite being pretty banged up himself. She cast guidance to aid his attempt.

"Yes, the Society has resources for research and there is always someone knowledgeable in most any subject you could think of. And we have to cooperate with each other. It's a rule!" She then looked to Paulie's and the others wounds as best she could.

Can she take 10 with her +7 and guidance for a total of 18 and give everyone who is down back 2d8 hp? She will also help Tavvar and her assistants.

Not sure I'm correctly understanding about the actions... Do you mean how many it costs us to try or how many it will take to fix it? Olexbu rolled a good crafting check above...

Rosette gasps in pain as the negative energy rushes through her. But she redoubles her efforts to repair the ritual.

Rosette and Sabre follow along with the others. "It's not good to spend too much time indoors. Imagine, not knowing the difference between an oak and pine!" she shook her head sadly.

Rosette will also scan with detect magic to help locate the ritual.

Are we just supposed to pick up 3 quests? I thought there was a Taldan man with a beard too.

The Bleaching, you see..." She moved a ribbon plaited braid to reveal a small patch of white shaped like a teardrop on her neck, just beneath her ear. "It will spread if I do not stay entertained with new experiences, It is VERY dangerous for a gnome to be bored. I could literally die of boredom. And then who would take care of Sabre?" She blinks her large, magenta eyes and smiles up at Urwal, sensing a kindred spirit.

She patted the Captain's hand in comfort. "Don't worry, we'll be sure to return her to her natural state. You can rest easy." Her skin became a soft, soothing shade of lilac as she spoke.

You notice that Urwal seems to have left a letter behind. You step to retrieve it, but it floats up, seemingly of it's own accord. A strangely pink feline with long tufted ears begins batting at it playfully and you hear a disembodied giggle as the letter begins to bounce about in response.

"Silly Sabre..." says a high, feminine voice. The shape of a young Gnomish girl is revealed as she steps away from her hiding place against an ivy covered wall. "You gave away the game!" The leafy patterns on her skin begin to fade and change to images of fanciful creatures in pastel shades of pink and purple.

"Hello." She waggles her fingertips in greeting. "My name is Rosette Thistledown, and this little troublemaker is my companion, Sabre." She reaches over to scratch Sabre's ear as she opens the letter and you note that both cat and girl are about the same size.

"Oh a party, how lovely. Whatever shall we wear?" She asks as she begins experimenting with different shades and patterns on her skin and waving her hand over Sabre to alter her coloring as well.

I have a Lore skill, but it's meant to be a terrain. GM do you have a suggestion for a useful terrain Lore to choose? Also, should I make an alias for Sabre? Or do you make her rolls?

Wow! Lots of posts already. I'll try to catch up.
My mom is bluedove, a PFS GM. She is helping me with my character and posting but this is my first 2nd edition and Play by Post character. I might need some help along the way.
