Oh, I guess Round 2 got mislabeled Round 1 again? Ok, so round 1 was move and cast ray of frost, round 2 is draw weapon and cast ray of frost and round 3 is cast ray of frost yet again! XD R1 Ray of Frost spell attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 Cold Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 R3 Ray of Frost spell attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (17) + 7 = 24 Cold Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Unwilling to lose her footing near the unnatural creature, Rosette moves closer with great care and extends her hand and fires an icy blue ray at the thing. Ray of Frost spell attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26 Cold Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 Still not sure of my 2E battle actions. Can she draw her weapon too?
Oops, ninja'd.
After enough time has gone by, she tries to work on the others remaining wounds.
"Maybe I should buy some Healer's tools before we go to our next mission."
Going to try using Medicine to treat wounds first. Sorry you had to spend a scroll on me! Is a heal kit a thing in 2e? If so, I need to get one. XD I can try Medicine again in an hour, or she does have Heal prepared herself. We might also get free healing back at the party when we return with Tavvar?
"Ooof, that was not fun at all!" Rosette exclaimed as she regained her feet. "But it was a new experience, at least. Thank you for the healing." She sees Paulie at work trying to convince Tavvar to join up despite being pretty banged up himself. She cast guidance to aid his attempt. "Yes, the Society has resources for research and there is always someone knowledgeable in most any subject you could think of. And we have to cooperate with each other. It's a rule!" She then looked to Paulie's and the others wounds as best she could. Can she take 10 with her +7 and guidance for a total of 18 and give everyone who is down back 2d8 hp? She will also help Tavvar and her assistants. If not: Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 7 + 1 = 17 2d8 ⇒ (3, 8) = 11
Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 = 16 2d8 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 7 + 1 = 13 2d8 ⇒ (8, 1) = 9 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 1 = 14 2d8 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 7 + 1 = 25 2d8 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 7 + 1 = 23 2d8 ⇒ (2, 4) = 6 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 1 = 18 2d8 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 7 + 1 = 24 2d8 ⇒ (7, 8) = 15 Medicine: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 = 16 2d8 ⇒ (4, 8) = 12
Not sure I'm correctly understanding about the actions... Do you mean how many it costs us to try or how many it will take to fix it? Olexbu rolled a good crafting check above... Rosette Fort Save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Nature: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 1 = 16
Spoiler:
Nature plus Guidance: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 7 + 1 = 25 Rosette and Sabre follow along with the others. "It's not good to spend too much time indoors. Imagine, not knowing the difference between an oak and pine!" she shook her head sadly. Rosette will also scan with detect magic to help locate the ritual.
"I tended to the forest and the animals that live there before I decided to become a Pathfinder. It's very rewarding to help maintain the balance, but a Gnome can't spend too long in one place. The Bleaching, you see..." She moved a ribbon plaited braid to reveal a small patch of white shaped like a teardrop on her neck, just beneath her ear. "It will spread if I do not stay entertained with new experiences, It is VERY dangerous for a gnome to be bored. I could literally die of boredom. And then who would take care of Sabre?" She blinks her large, magenta eyes and smiles up at Urwal, sensing a kindred spirit. Nature: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Rosette nods her agreement and pats Hangust on the shoulder in sympathy, once the Chelaxian woman had gone beyond earshot she lowered her voice and said, "They say she likes to paddle Pathfinders in her spare time." She said with a girlish giggle. Paulie Tribulani wrote: "I mean, the party might be over by the time we get back. Let's . . . make sure we've, uh, what did Jinera say? Let's make sure we've rubbed all the elbows we need to." "And in an hour, all this lovely food will be cold. I do hate to see good food go to waste." She tucked the salve in her pocket to keep it safe until needed.

"With the body of a snake? I think I know the statue you mean... Shame the birds won't be able to perch there anymore. Maybe Sabre can help thin the flock." She said as she accepted the jar of salve. She patted the Captain's hand in comfort. "Don't worry, we'll be sure to return her to her natural state. You can rest easy." Her skin became a soft, soothing shade of lilac as she spoke.
Not trained in any of those skills... sorry! =/ I can help with wisdom based skills. :p
Dreadfang! wrote: Dreadfang strides purposefully toward the tables. He grabs a turkey leg, and starts gnawing on it. The storytelling dwarf catches his eye, so he goes to join the crowd around him. Sabre follows the Kobold, playfully chasing his scaly tail and the scent of roasted turkey meat. "Sabre, what are you after, you silly! Very sorry, Mr. Fang. I'm afraid she's just a kitten still. But that turkey smells delicious." She grabs a turkey leg of her own and joins him in listening to the dwarf tell his story, pulling off bits of meat and feeding Sabre by hand.
Stealth: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 You notice that Urwal seems to have left a letter behind. You step to retrieve it, but it floats up, seemingly of it's own accord. A strangely pink feline with long tufted ears begins batting at it playfully and you hear a disembodied giggle as the letter begins to bounce about in response. "Silly Sabre..." says a high, feminine voice. The shape of a young Gnomish girl is revealed as she steps away from her hiding place against an ivy covered wall. "You gave away the game!" The leafy patterns on her skin begin to fade and change to images of fanciful creatures in pastel shades of pink and purple. "Hello." She waggles her fingertips in greeting. "My name is Rosette Thistledown, and this little troublemaker is my companion, Sabre." She reaches over to scratch Sabre's ear as she opens the letter and you note that both cat and girl are about the same size. "Oh a party, how lovely. Whatever shall we wear?" She asks as she begins experimenting with different shades and patterns on her skin and waving her hand over Sabre to alter her coloring as well. I have a Lore skill, but it's meant to be a terrain. GM do you have a suggestion for a useful terrain Lore to choose? Also, should I make an alias for Sabre? Or do you make her rolls?
