Say hello to Richard's familliar. Personality: Richard worships Calistra, as he lacks interest in long lasting relationships. He likes to cheer people up in anyway he can, and then moves on to help the next person through their troubles. Story:
Richard Holysmith comes from a long line of performers and undead hunters. His branch of the family moved into Riddleport a few generations ago after one too many run ins with the law. They are smart enough to not openly engage with the crime lords, but they always seem to stir up trouble in one way or another. Richard found a mockingale whom tweeted after him incessantly. Eventually he realized it really accented his performances, especially his acting. As he continued performing it spoke to him! She claims to come from a group of Azata who find musically inclined do-gooders and encourage them to do their best. Richard finally relaxes as Arael approaches him. A small bird, a thrush, lands on Richard's should and tweets in his ear. He nods, appreciatively and stands up to shake the half-elf's hand. One of Richard's uncles had become a devil worshipper, and Richard helped out him. The man evaded capture and the town leaders used the opportunity to damn the Holysmith family, accusing them of hypocrisy. Richard has decided to join the rebel cause directly to help prove his family's innocence, fight more undead and more devils.
