I've been running Iron Gods, converted from PF1e to the Playtest rules. We're switching to 2e this week. What public conversion/homebrew work have people done in converting the 1e technological stuff (guns, items, spells, etc.) to playtest/2e?

I'm working on the same AP conversion. My group is in book 4 so it's a real pain. I'll post what I can slap together here, but wanted to let you know your not alone in the technology troubles.

I agree with you. It is a perfectly understandable response. Wouldn't you agree that discussing the actual rules of the playtest be more productive?

Of course that assumes that we have said rules over which to obsess.

I think we would all rather have the rules in hand now, but given that the only other options are giving us a vague heads up with nothing or just dropping it on us like a load of bricks in August... The slow roll out of information is better.

While running a convention and between events, you took the time to dump a ton of information and sneak peeks on online. Not being able to attend, It was nice to see stuff happening as it was unveiled.

Beyond that, more than one of you answered my dumb and impatient questions about Starfinder in twitter, which... I'll be honest I wasn't expecting given how busy you had to be.

One last thing

Whoever had the keys to the Paizo twitter account needs a raise, you were a machine during the banquet and ridiculously fast on the responses.

I'm sure if this weather happened for more than 2 or 3 days every other year we'd invest more into plows and salt and our population base would learn how to drive in it better.

That would be a false assumption, seeing as how Chicago gets decent to ridiculous amounts of snow every year and 70% of the population cannot drive in it =/

Though it could be worse, I have a friend up in Issaquah without power. You all have emergency generators for writing/editing right? :)
