This order was processed and said it was picked up today. Normally when I order something it goes right into the side cart. Any chance you can check and make sure this item will be sent with next months subscription order? Thank you!

No subscription options, at least initially. So you should preorder. Note that if you ever do preorder something then before it ships sign up for a subscription that also includes that product, your preorder will automatically be cancelled by the subscription. So it never hurts to preorder.

Hello I have emailed Customer Service and called to let you know my subscription order does not seem to be created for this month. How do I go about getting this remedied. Was supposed to have the Starfinder release sent along with items sitting in my side cart. Please advise.

Hello. I am a Superscriber and still do not have access to the SFS Scenarios that are to be included with subscribing to all other items. How can I get this remedied? I have sent an email as well but I am sure you are all busy recouping from Gen Con. I am just anxious to dive into all things Starfinder and would like to start running these sooner rather than later. Thank you for your time and putting out such amazing Products.

How does the Superscriber portion work? Is there a guide to what you get the 15% off of? Very excited for this game, and getting in on the ground level of something always feels great!
