Was I supposed to be charged with the shipping cost for my replacement Starfinder Core Rulebook.
No big deal, just curious, I've never had to get a replacement before. :-)
Hi CaptainYesterday,
I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that our system recognized that it was supposed to discount the shipping to balance out the replacement, but it just didn't follow through with it. I've given it a poke and it should be all good now, so I've sent you an updated confirmation email. If it tries to be stubborn again later, just let me know.

Why wait for either.
Well, if you are subscribed to anything, the 2nd e-mail gives you access to reading material (a PDF of the product being shipped to you).

We are still on track to begin shipping first thing tomorrow morning.
Are orders still being packed to ship? Normally I'm not impatient, but I'm anxious to start reading through the Book of the Damned and the other things in my order and I haven't gotten the magical second email that lets me know the PDFs are in my downloads. Thanks so much!

I take it this deadline wasn't met? I have a subscription order that got split into two shipments, and the second shipment hasn't shipped yet.

The system was a little confused on your order. It thought everything could go in one package, and also thought the last item needed to go separately. This means that when it shipped the first package it knew the last item wasn't in it, but also thought it was shipped. To fix this I needed to move the item to a new order, which you will be receiving an email confirmation for. I'm asking the warehouse to get it on its way right away.

I am not surprised that something like this happened. When I saw that the Crown of Fangs case incentive was available, I grabbed it -- but I didn't have the option to sidecart it, as I usually do with pretty much any physical order. My only options were to have it ship on its own or to merge it with an order that turned out to be my monthly subscription order for September. I think the problem started when I selected the latter option.

Hello David,
Thank you for the information! When you have a pending order the system should offer you the option to merge the items with that order as one of the shipping options, but it shouldn't take away your ability to sidecart the item. I will pass that along to the tech team. It sounds like when the order was merger with the pending subscription order the system didn't recalculate the shipping options correctly, which would have caused the confusion I saw on the order. I will pass all that along to the tech team so they can take a look.

Hello I have emailed Customer Service and called to let you know my subscription order does not seem to be created for this month. How do I go about getting this remedied. Was supposed to have the Starfinder release sent along with items sitting in my side cart. Please advise.
