A similar issue actually came up a while ago that prompted me look these things up.

When trying to answer a different question, I previously made a lengthy post about my conclusions with touch spells, but to summarize:

1) There's a post from James Risner himself That states touch attacks do not work with iterative attacks.

2) The actual rules are far more in favor for it actually working like a weapon with iterative attacks.

Use that information how you will, in my opinion. I'm personally in favor of a little bit more consistency, and because there's enough language that a touch attack works like a weapon, and no actual stated exception to touch attacks not working with iterative rules, you should be able to deliver a full-attack's worth of touch attacks. Because, what else are casters gonna do with their BaB? Twiddle their thumbs more times per round?

I had seen his post as well on the produce flame spell but when I noticed that cartomancers literally use darts which are a weapon that rapid shot can be effected by and I can apply spells with these darts I wasn't sure which would happen, one normal attack and one spell or both spell in the case of chilled touch. Ill leave it to the DM to decide which he would prefer.

I've been trying to find a thread on this. Ive been playing a cartomancer and thought about the touch spells. If you have rapid shot would you be able to dish out multiple chilled touches? Or each round would you be hitting with one normal card and one touch spell? I'm interested in hearing someone elses opinion on the matter.

I have recently run into a similar problem I am playing a cartomancer Witch and one of their abilities is to use touch spells from a distance with their cards which are considered as darts. The use of a ranged weapon I could pick up something like rapid shot. If I were to do so would I not be able to just do two chilled touch attacks in a round or a chilled touch and a normal attack with the card every round?
