My understanding, based on the above description when we first entered the area, is that there's no roof and the div can fly straight out of the house and anywhere in the Necropolis if it wants to, not that it's probably trapped on the upper level. Is that still correct? Pherenike's face grows cold at the halfling's insult. "If you think you can chase a bird into the sky, you're welcome to the weapon," she says to those left behind, dropping the flail on the sand-covered floor.
"Grab the vial, dwarf!" Pherenike snarls, pushing past Mus'ad and circling to try to cut off the monster's escape. "And this is why soldiers don't shout out our tactics where the enemy can hear them!" Move to I 14; attack div (IC, flanking) 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 1 + 2 = 19 damage 1d10 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (10) + 6 + (2) = 18
Pherenike reacts to try to swat the vile thing out of the air with the weapon still in her hand. Attack (adamantine heavy flail) 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 I believe Mus'ad is delaying, not readying. I don't see a readied action since his last attack, anyway. Should mean that Pherenike misses before his action.
"Stop, drop, and roll!" Pherenike barks at Kheled. Oddly, I can't find any action another character can take to help a character on fire extinguish the flames, other than throwing water on him. It's just a Reflex save on the part of the burning guy, so abilities that bolster saves would work. Even Aid Another only works for to-hit, AC, and skills, not saves. Dropping prone and rolling will give you a +4, though.
Will 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14 Is this a fear effect for the purposes of Focused Discipline?
Cursing under her breath as the Pahmet surges forward to engage the left wing of the enemy, Pherenike nevertheless moves toward the Professor and the spellcasters, as he suggested. "Dwarf! Tactical fall back toward this position! Don't let them separate us!" Move to K12; ready action to attack the first enemy in reach Readied action: Adamantine heavy flail 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Relieved to see Ahkenaten conscious, Pherenike shouts, "Professor! Stay back off the sand!" as she leaps over the sleeping Pharasmin to get into the scrum. Move to J14 via the K row to avoid AoOs (unless it has reach, anyway); Attack (adamantine heavy flail), flanking 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 6 + 2 = 18 damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 + sneak attack if sand can be sneak-attacked 1d6 ⇒ 5

Everyone senses he is uncomfortable with the fact that as small as he is it is doubtful he could even move it. Given that your other options are a halfling, a female elf wizard, and a middle-aged Str-dumped professor? ;) Pherenike has no intention of opening it unless she's directly ordered to by Ahkenaten, just to be clear.
Pherenike releases the end of the spear, leaving it quivering, as she steps down the stairs, drawing the flail they found in the courtyard and trying to smash the life out of the creature. Drop weapon; move to X6, drawing adamantine heavy flail; attack (higher ground) 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 6 + 1 = 15 damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Pherenike stumbles and nearly blacks out as the vermin's mandibles apply unbearable pressure to her midsection, trying to snap her in two. Still, she has little choice but to stay where she is and hope to kill it before it kills her. Attack centipede (IC, bless) 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 6 + 1 + 1 = 21 damage 2d4 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 4) + 6 + 1 = 15
Pherenike leaps over the centipede's tail with a sudden, irrelevant memory of playing jump rope as a girl. When her boots once again touch stone, she strikes back with her falchion, trying to smash through the vermin's chitinous armor. Attack centipede (IC, bless) 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 6 + 1 + 1 = 19 damage 2d4 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (1, 3) + 6 + 1 = 11
Wincing as Kheled sends a crossbow bolt whizzing over her shoulder rather than stepping back to allow her to follow and continue to fire, she drops her bow with a growl. "The dwarf will be dead before we take it out with arrows!" Drawing her falchion, she advances swiftly but cautiously, trying to avoid the whiplike tail and snapping mandibles before swinging at the chitinous beast. Drop weapon; move to U8 while drawing weapon, Acrobatics to avoid AoO 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19; attack centipede (IC, bless) 1d20 + 6 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 6 + 1 + 1 = 10 damage 2d4 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (3, 4) + 6 + 1 = 14
"Ranged weaponry," Pherenike points out the obvious, drawing her bow, setting an arrow to the string, and firing. "Professor, this would be a good time for some crossbow practice." Draw weapon; attack centipede (IC, bless) 1d20 + 3 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 3 + 1 + 1 = 17 damage 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 Soft cover may apply if you can't get a clear shot, but until one of us is within 10 feet of it, there's no penalty for firing into melee.
Mus'ad wrote: Musa'd grunts a dismissive no at Pherenike's question "No, Mus'ad think more need for shield than heavy blow." "A shield doesn't do you any good against a bunch of bugs," she points out. "Of course, neither would this." With a shrug, she tosses the discarded flail back into the granary where Myron found the adamantine one. "Something for the next group of scholars to find in a few centuries."
Seeing the oversized vermin drop down behind the dwarf, Pherenike draws her bow as she crosses to the stone table and climbs atop it, using the bench as a step. Setting an arrow to the string, she shoots well over the head of the intervening halfling. "Get rid of those bugs!" she shouts. Move to K23, drawing weapon, Acrobatics to climb atop table 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15; attack solfugid 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17 damage 1d8 ⇒ 4
"Professor, back up!" Pherenike calls again, annoyed that the elf moved out of the way and left a clear path to him. Stepping to the south, she flanks with the halfling and attempts to lay the skeleton nearest the Professor to rest. 5-foot-step to J25; attack skeleton in I24 (flanking, IC) 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 2 + 1 = 26 damage (sneak attack) 1d10 + 6 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 6 + 1 + (4) = 16
