I'll roll for the wolf AoO if you want to roll for Lyr and then yourself with Shield Other. The wolf takes advantage of a free bite and snaps at the last cook.
He then sprints down the hall on his turn, hoping to get another attack on the coward.

Aiko, Adrian, and I started this campaign in...August 2020. Over five years to get to level 5. Thank you GM Karl for picking up the reins. 1d8 ⇒ 1
Also adding two third-level spells (both Speak With Dead today) and a domain spell - FIREBALL
Hi players! I posted to the gameplay tab. Hopefully we can keep this going for a few years. Please let me know if you have any questions, triggers, things that would make you leave a game, etc. I am a big proponent of a post every day or two unless you're unconscious. Ma'oa's player and I go back more than a couple years, so he knows my style. Please tell me if you know that you can't post for a few days and we can bot to keep things moving. If there's stress in your life and all you can manage is a dice roll for your weapon, post it. We've all had those days. I apologize in advance if I have to throw a die for you. Unless you get a crit. I try hard to make it a fun game, but occasionally PC's die in my games. You are always welcome to bring in a new character in that unlikely event. Happy New Year!

I see now that the previous post should have been in Discussion. "Asvig, you are charged with larceny, murder, attempted murder, and mis-use of crows. Do you confess and beg for mercy?" Zaraleva moves closer and high-fives him. (With a produce flame spark on her hand.) Touch Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 161d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 fire damage touch attack.

It's in the Discussion. I cast Protection from Evil on Aiko and it lasts four minutes, so thank you Byron for the quick search. initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 Reacting quickly, Zaraleva lines up a shot on the axeman.
"Drop the axe, Tiny," she says.

Personally, I like Lyraesel. We can check a lot of boxes between the five of us and Winsome is still on the caravan if we need to identify things. If someone wants to take a feat the next time we level up or just buy a party item that gets us Kn: Arcana, that works too.

Infernal Healing is not on the druid list and I am forbidden from using a spell with the evil descriptor. Also, Adrian, in the summary line above your picture, is your hp total correct? I'm hoping you didn't update it for fourth level. Either way, Byron and you are at full hp now. Karl posts on Mondays and Thursdays. Will we be ready to move on Longthews tomorrow?

Kelda's eyes widen at Byron's offer. "You would offer to share your bed with me? I did not know you were so brazen. My father would not approve, but you seem brave and strong, if not smooth of tongue. I will consider your offer." There's a brief sparkle in her eye before she turns serious again. "The tavern there is the best place to start gathering the information you seek. Then perhaps the beggars or the watch. They see much."
Zaraleva Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19 at the bar
Lyraesel notices ravens following and watching the party. Adrian and Byron are able to count them and identify which ones they saw where. And the number grows... When Zaraleva asks one of the beggars about who might attack them, the man flinches and looks around furtively. "Heh! hmmm...You ask questions about them. THEY ask questions about YOU! Heh! Sleep with one eye open.
Female Cleric/5 | HP 38/38| AC 24/12/22 |Saves 6/4/8 | Init +2 | Perc +4
Zaraleva switches to her deadly blade and swings at a wounded enemy if possible. Otherwise, at the one who dared to attack her.
"Fools! Don't you know who we are?"
Female Cleric/5 | HP 38/38| AC 24/12/22 |Saves 6/4/8 | Init +2 | Perc +4
"Damn you, bird-men. Damn you to a million epic tortures. You even killed the children..." Zaraleva, who will never have children of her own, needs a moment as well. A minute or two later, she points to one of the ninjas. "This one looks like you, Aiko," and she tries to laugh. Whether or not there is laughter, Zaraleva will search the room

Shocking Grasp is until you successfully "hit" someone. There is no other duration listed in the spell description. Align weapon is good for three minutes, but I don't know if we are facing the hound again today. Maybe after I use the wand on whomever wants it, I will ready a casting for you Shrike.

It did nothing due to SR or immunity to Magic Missile.
It cast a touch spell, then moved up to within 10' (tentacle reach) above Kelda to touch her. That's normal for a touch spell. (You probably knew that.) No one in the party had a reach weapon out at the time, so no one got an AoO. Go ahead and take your turn and then I'll post for Z and K.

I was being a bit overdramatic. I was at 2hp when I asked Lyraesel to get the scroll. Sorry I totally forgot to update the status bar. You probably can't update your posts, but maybe Zaraleva started to fall to one knee, but defiantly resisted death's call. Half-delirious with pain, Zaraleva shoots a look at Aiko. "Sorry, Lyra's my new favorite. Hey, crossbows are simple. Take mine. I'll try a firebolt. Maybe harpies are made of paper dipped in grease..." Fire Bolt: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 121d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 fire damage vs. Touch AC. Zaraleva's hp: 16/24

Fellzir looks at the epic damage to Aurelius and wonders if he will blame the demons and devils for that as well. He moves to a covered spot within 5' of Aurelius and drops a 2nd level spell for CMW on him. Perhaps a little positive energy will brighten his day...
Fellzir's eyes widen at such a large amount of healing. He has never cured so much in one casting in his life.
A cleric, an anti-paladin, a bloodrager, and an omdura that have been very successful in cleaning up <spoiler> and almost reaching third level now find themselves in need of a DM to continue the HV AP. We are flexible and easygoing and I could probably buy you a copy of the pdf if you don't already have it. We await your application.

If you want to just advance us through the rooms that are uninteresting or that we've already opened, instead of one of us calling out room numbers, I imagine we'd all be ok with it. Hope you had a great trip, GM-MM, and everyone is enjoying this first weekend of (meteorological) summer.

Sickened isn't untenable. I say we attack before they notice us. (Please add Kelda to the initiative.) Firing crossbow at flatfooted reptile #1 unless the party backs away.
Well that didn't go as expected in the dice roller... 23 to hit, 5 damage.

Fellzir prepares Mending instead of Light for the day and spends some time in the morning repairing his "bedroom." He stops when it's time for the mission, but plans to get back to it later. After the gatekeepers are relieved, he stealthfully tails them a little bit to eavesdrop on their reactions/plans/intentions. Stealth: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17

(Earlier) Fellzir notes the second MW crossbow that had slid half under the table. He holds up the first one, waves his hand over it, says several fake incantations leading to doubling over as if in pain, then arises with two crossbows! He ceremoniously presents it to Octavonius and then goes to check out the wine. (Later) He shrugs and puts on the sash, thinking, "We are going to be rich very quickly at this rate."

No one has ever made that argument before, Erik. I will take it under advisement ooc. For now, I will take the feat. Does anyone need anything and can afford it? I'm thinking about starting with a Pearl of Power (that may or may not explode on the first try.) Thanks Jesse. Spellcraft is maxed out. (Maxed up?)
Let's see what the dice have in store for our brave mutant:
Powers/Talents/Contacts PTC: 1d100 ⇒ 791d100 ⇒ 901d100 ⇒ 33 4/4, 3/4, 1/4
So, I rolled Corrosive Touch - Inc twice and a useless Poor Paralyzing Touch. How would you like me to deal with that? Should I switch the second Corrosive to some sort of defensive power? My previous character, Bantha, had Iron Will, which I liked. The other interesting dichotomy is that I have all melee attacks, but low Fighting and high Agility. Could we flip-flop those?
