Maybe Poog go get that owlbear egg from Pa Munchmeat's old place. That be ok replacement for Squealy Nord. Poog gonna miss squealy. Poog gonna kill longshanks. Probably longshanks fault anyhow. Maybe Poog go burn down Vorka's hut again to make him feel better. A belch and a gout of flame and another grovling goblin subject runs screaming into the nearby pond to put out the flames, to the raucous laughter of everyone else at the baudy party. "You, goblin girl. What your name. You wanna see enlarge Poog spell? I know you like giggle-pokes, you play wif everybody. Even Reta. Lets go. Poog need to let off steam."

Poog sits still in his throne, slightly hunched over. His anger has not dissapated with the destruction of the effigy, and occasionally a wandering goblin gets too close, only to run away with flaming clothes after Poog has belched fire on them. His expression never changes, an look of pure evil and hatred affixed to his face. He turns his head slightly to breath fire on another goblin who has gotten to close, and stops short when he realizes it is Chuffy. Chuffy not scared of Poog. Better not burn him. Burn the next gobbo twice. With slow, deliberate movements, Poog takes another slice of pork from his plate in front of him and stuffs it in his mouth. He spits food as he speaks to Chuffy and the other chiefs next to him. "Poog need to kill something else. Lots of somethings. Me thinks we find longshanks village and go burn it down. Then we keep doing it till Poog feel better." His evil scowl slowly turns into an evil grin as the plans formulate in his head.

Flashes of Goblin and Pig running through fields of truffles flit about Poog's mind. The memories fuel his hate and rage. He rushes forward, summoning his divine magic to use in the most twisted way a goblin can. Healing spells that actually harm...

Couple things - Vorka is a cannabilistic goblin from WBG1... This isn't actually Vorka, I don't think, just her voice somehow. We don't have the requisite knowledge checks built into our characters to actually be able to find this information out. Poor scenario design, IMO Secondly, in reference to the lack of Damage able to be done by Fire sources. This thing apparently has hardness. Here is the RAW: Energy attacks deal half damage to most objects. Divide the damage by 2 before applying the object's hardness. Some energy types might be particularly effective against certain objects, subject to GM discretion. For example, fire might do full damage against parchment, cloth, and other objects that burn easily. Sonic might do full damage against glass and crystal objects. - There is latitude for GM discretion - IE fire could do normal damage to paper, etc. - This also refers to Objects, which brings up another pet peeve of mine - creatures just should NOT $*%*ing have #$&$&#ing hardness. It was intended for objects, not creatures. - Since the rule specifically says objects, does that mean an object that has become a creature? Ambiguity $*%$%ing sucks, especially when it bones the players. - I am %*%^&ing pissed now at this scenario. Really? The PCs apparently have method to deal damage to the BBEG. Not some middle encounter to provide an interesting challenge, but the actual thing that is supposed to be the hardest encounter in the scenario. I have to halve my fire damage, first, THEN apply hardness? Fire damage being the only thing this character can do effectively? %&$& this scenario. I don't know why I am so worked up. I am a pretty happy-go-lucky guy. I shouldn't be this upset, its just a game. A game that I love to play. But it bothers me. It is one thing if I bring Cyrus into a scenario and he is useless in an encounter because I don't have the right gear. My fault, because I built him and made all of his gear and spending choices. I can live with those consequences. But this is a special scenario, for which I am not allowed to change what you give me, because I am forced to use your pre-written character. I feel like they gave me a suitcase full of bowling balls and said "Ok, now we are going to have to swim across this lake! Good Luck!" Sorry guys. Rant over. At least the RP is amazing. "Squealy NOOOOOO!" Poog's face changes from the wonder of the excitement to pure, unadulterated evil, bent on destruction. "Vorka-doll gonna diiiiiie." he rasps in a growly voice.
In homage to his glorious god of fire, Poog roars his anger out loud, and a line of magma and fire belches out from his mouth, enveloping the construct.
Poogs voice is a mixture of fear, admiration, and excitement. The chaos in the camp is the most action the goblin camp has seen in a long time. "This almost as good as giggle pokes climax! Giggle-booms climax!" Poog raises his eye brows a few times towards Mogmurch. He reaches in his pouch for his most prized possession, glad it is still there from the time he was unconcious. Pulling out his elixir of fire breath he chugs it in one big gulp, and grins evilly at the gigantig contraption. "Come a little closer Vorka toy, Poog show you good time." the goblin taunts. OOC Scenario minor rant:
Poog can sense that something is not quite right. Chuffy bored. When Chuffy bored, Chuffy kill. That not bad, except Chuffy might try to kill Poog. Can't let that happen... "Great Chief Poog declare tomorrow be Goblin Gladiator day! Poog say we pick goblins from tribe, make them do licktoad games to see who lucky enough to fight chuffy in gladiator ring. Then we send scout party to find longshanks village to raid. Poog gonna let everyone know he the greatest chief ever. When we burn down longshanks village, we be greatest chiefs of all time!"
"Squealy Nord is bestest pet ever! That's why Squealy Poog's companion. We have all truffle cakes we need, lets go back and show subjects why we bestest chiefs ever." And Poog greatest of them all!!!
Poog smiles in satisfaction at the haul they pulled in from the harpy's nest. He takes the wand of shatter and places it in his pocket. "Poog gonna shatter whoever stole his wand of big booms..." he gives the evil eye to the other three goblins.
Packing the incense, the baubles and the scrolls in his pack, he hops on Squealy's back and starts hunting for truffles.
Poog sits up, nearly gagging on the liquid as it is poured down his throat. He looks around with bewildered eyes, too in sick to feel the pain from the bearing he took from the vine. As he spins, he catches sight of the burning . He freezes, captivated by the beauty of the sight. "Mogmurch. Zarongel like you, you know." he says, still transfixed by the burning creature "He tell me when me almost dead. You make..." poog gets chocked up as he speaks, a tear coming to his eye, "such pretty fire..." *sniffel* "Almost as good as me." Poog says, instantaneously reverting to his non-emotional state and patting the goblin on the back
With a few waves of his wand, Poog is as good as new. He pats himself down and reaches for his prized wand of fireball...

Poog shudders involuntarily as his subconscious is flooded with un-checked visuals of Chuffy in giggle-pokey positions and pimples bursting like a longshanks fireworks show. Oh Zarongel, my mighty master. Me going to burn them all if they don't wake me up with band-aid stick.
Why they not wake me up? Tap me with sugar stick! Poog know Chuffy and Moogie wanna stick it in Poog's ear. Would be better than laying here on ground when giggle pokes is happening somewhere...
What that sound? Oh, Chuffy singing again. Guess that mean he trynna play giggle pokes again. Why now? We getting bestest truffles. Maybe Reta bored again. Want to hear you sing all day,

Poog hears a voice in his head as he lays on the ground, cut, battered, and broken. Poog, Why are you lying on the ground? My priests are not so weak and frail. If you are a true follower of me, Mighty Zarongel, then get up! If you are weak, and die, then you don't deserve to weild my fire anyways. Now, GET UP! Me so sorry Zarongel! Me make it up to you! Me burn everything to make you proud! Me show you that me be mighty priest chief!

Zarongel? Please don't let your precious Poog die. Bring him back so he may lead birdcruncher acolytes to glorious burning glories. This bed so soft though... Maybe Poog take a little nap for a while... Spittle drains from the corner of Poog's mouth as his twisted and broken body is released by the grappling vine. Squeally Nord lives up to his name, Squealing like mad as he sees his master go down. Unable to move, he bites and gnaws, trying to break through the vines.
"Sub-Chiefs get over here right now and kill this vine that is trying to kill your chief!!!!" Poog shouts, oblivious to the fact that his sub-chiefs may actually want him dead... Poog wiggles and struggles, trying to break free of the vine's grasp. "Run Squealy! Save yerself!" Poog manages to keep the panic out of his voice at his apparent lack of options when the vine doesn't wither to his fiery spell.
Oh noes Zarongel! Don't let this be the end of your mighty servant Poog!
"Bad Vines! You leave bestest truffles alone! Poog Buuuuuuuurrrrrrn you! Mwaaahahahahah!" Poog shouts at the animated vegitation as he hooks his thumbs together and waggles his fingers, a fan of flames erupting from them and covering the vines.
"Pssst, follow me squeally, we go find most truffles." Poog whispers to his pig animal companion, and sneaks through the brush, coming out towards the middle of the clearing. Poog is no dummy, and even though he obliterated the longshanks, he is paranoid enough to wonder if there isn't someone, or something else out here. He sneaks carefully to make sure they really are alone when they get out into the field.

"Good piggy. Poog loves his squealy nord. Now me mount you, and we go hunting for more truffles! Poog shall find the most truffles while riding heroically on his heroic mighty mount, squealy nord!" "Quick, drink longshanks tipsy drink. Me take this longshanks foot. Me think of good way to melt it with fire." The goblin pats the pig on his head, and grins evilly in the distance. He pockets the prayer beads, even though he does not know what they do. They might just come in handy later.
"Hurry hurry! Let's get truffles and get back. Then we send goblin minions back to get dead longshanks and use them for fireworks game instead of fake straw dummies!" Poog is once again delighted, and feels very smart and wise for his genius idea. As the goblins scurry around, Poog casts detect magic to see if there is anything really interesting in the loot haul.
Poog let's out an evil, full out belly laugh as he saunters into the camp while his minions chase down the survivors. The buildings and tents crackle and burn, the tatters letting smouldering embers fly off in the breeze. "Zarongel has blessed mighty Poog, and mighty Poog has blessed you with his display of mighty fire!" "now we take shiny stuff and go get truffles!" -Posted with Wayfinder

Chuffy smart to hide. Poog not gonna tell him. Otherwise Chuffy think he important. Whispering to the rest, "Poog know you jealous of him for winning firework game. It ok. Poog do same thing to longshanks, that even better than burning fake pa munchmeat. Don't get to close before Poog blows them up..." With a wicked grin, Poog downs his elixir of hiding
Poog looks at the gathered longshanks, hoping they are strong enough to take them out.
"Snort sqee sqEEE snort snort" "Ok sub-chiefs. Squealy says longshanks killed our goblins. No trufflecakes! If those failures were back here Poog would burn them for failing. Poog is glad Squealy Nord survived. Now Poog say we go get trufflecakes on our own!"

Hehehehehe, Poog make this work once, maybe it work again! Poog reaches for a long thin wand in his pocket, and holds it next to the firework as he aims at one of the effigies right in the middle of the bunch. "Mighty Zarongel, lord of fire and killing, it is Poog, your wicked servant. Bless Poog's firework and burn all targets!" Poog shouts the prayer to his wicked god and activates the wand of fireball launching the pea sized ball of fire into the center of the effigies. With a brilliant flash, a huge ball of flame erupts, enveloping the target area. The fireball sets fire to combustibles and damages objects in the area.
Soo.... that worked out well for Poog.... :)
Poog show Chuffy. Chuffy likes to burn stuff, Poog see if Chuffy's pimples burn like oil. Poog gonna burn chuffy, then see how much chuffy really like fire. "Grrrrrrrr ruf ruf ruf" Dog:
"Snortlick better not let chuffy win, or snortlick gonna be dead goblin dog." Mud Jumper try #2:
Poog rides his dog back around, mud caked all over his backside from the first failed attempt.
"Do it right dumb goblin dog! No seagull feet for you!" Mud Jumper try #3:
Again, Poog circles around, kicking his heels into the dog with unmatched fury, his eyes reflecting the fire of anger at being shown up in a riding competition yet again.
Ridge Racer Try #1:
"Poog gonna catch you now!" The goblin cleric speeds his mount along to the ridge.
And races past it with ease. Gnome Smasher Try #1:
"Look Chuffy! I pretend pumpkin is you!" then for With another evil grin, the pumpkin head explodes in seeds and mush, to the delight of Poog.
Bramble Bounder, Try #1:
"No one can catch me now! Snortlick greatest goblin dog ever! Poog greatest rider ever!" the evil goblin squeals with glee as they race down the ridge.
With grace and majesty only a true goblin chief can manage, Poog and Snortlick leap over the brambles, bounding across the finish line. Poog flicks out his pipe and lights it with his fingers, taking a deep draw. His sharpened teeth glint behind his devious smile. "Nobody can chief like Poooooooooog chief! Bow before Chief Poog!!!!" The little goblin struts about.
Poog walks up to Snortlick and grabs his hairless ears, one in each hand. He bring his face close to the muzzle of the goblin dog, with a positively evil grin on his face.
"Rrrrufff RUFF! grrr yip Arf! Grrrraaaarrrggg ruff ruf Ruuuuug Ooowwwwwooooooo ruff ruff" Poog grows and barks while dangling a smelly seagull foot with one hand in front of the dog. Dog:
"Me know you bestest, strongest goblin dog. Me have tasty seagull foot for you. You help Poog show everyone he is bestest rider of all goblins, me give you lots of smelly seagull feet. Maybe me even give you my lucky dead frogs." With the understanding reached between the cleric of fire and animals, Poog gets on the back of his new friend. A quick wave of his hand, and Poog gains a little guidance from his divine Zarongel. "OOOOOWwwwwwwwooooo! Ruff ruf yip yip yip oooooowwwwwwwooooooooo!" Poog howls as the two take off towards the mud.
Dog:
"Poog gonna make Snortlick the king of goblin dooooooooogs!"
Sorry for my ignorance... what is the shared prep site? I am either a doofus, or I have never heard of that before. High chance of both... Good to know he isn't there :)
Poog takes a long draw from his pipe, then blows a puff of smoke into the air. He slouches a little further into his throne. "Followers of Zarongel! You get to light stupid story-teller on fire when he done. Story teller burn for Zarongel. Trust me, great honor. You be proud." He waves his hand dismissively as if to tell Chuffy and the storyteller to continue.
Poog is updated. I downloaded the module so I could copy Squealy Nord's stats, but did my best not to look at anything else. I need to update the tagline to the proper format, but it at least has the right info for now.
"Chuffy Stop!" Poog yells, after he has finished his initial attack on mothmangler. After a few seconds pause, for effect, Poog continues, "We change story! We burns him after we cuts off his head!" he exclaims to the cheers of his tribe. "that's what you gets when you tell story about longshanks killing goblin chief." he mutters, though no one can hear him over the noise. -Posted with Wayfinder
