Alright, I asked the GM to take a look at this and maybe he will resolve it. I took your question regarding pits, orbs, and other threats to be concerning things on the ground, however.

Round 2

A few arcane words and smaller, but no less potent burst of magic tears into Darius, trying to Counter any attempts at summoning another monster. Not finished with that, Darius can hear Orion start calling orders. "You three in front, drop him to the ground and fly his sword up 60 feet! The rest of you, stay at your current altitude and surround him!"

Three of the clouds, with a crash of lightning and thunder, descend upon Darius with the fury of a storm. The first cloud (Number 7) takes the legs out from under Darius. The second cloud Number 8) drives his arm over Darius's Swordhand, tendrils of mist sliding down and seperating the undead from his weapon. The sword vanishes into the cloud only to fall away, underneath the cloud and out of reach of Darius as the third cloud Number 9 flies over, grabs the sword and head's straight up. The other clouds begin to fly around Darius, sixty feet above him, much as vultures would circle a wounded creature.

Not finished with Darius, it becomes apparent what the purpose of the water is. Now that Darius is lying in it, a single blue orb, a Freezing Sphere, flies from high in the sky, landing next to the Paladin and encasing him in what was once water, and now is Ice.

Dispel Magic (To Counterspell):1d20 + 20 ⇒ (11) + 20 = 31

Cloud 9's Perception check: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33

Darius is currently encased in Ice, as per Freezing Sphere. To break out, he must make a DC 25 Strength Check or a DC 25 Escape Artist Check as a Full-Round action.

GM Only:
The Dispel Magic was my standard action, and I used a charge from my Rod of Quicken, Greater, to cast Freezing Sphere. I fly to L11, 60 ft up, not making a stealth check. It is a DC 15 Perception check to spot where I am.

Ah, I misunderstood the issue with the free round then. You do not see how the water is being contained. However...it seems to just be sitting in the arena and only the arena, and at a height of 6 inches. No pits, aqueous orbs or other oddities seem to be in the arena to obstruct your view of things or try to trick you.

My bad on the Stealth Check. That should only be a +53 to stealth, so that should be a 61 in total.

Round 1

The bat misses, I believe. Pretty sure I am not flat-footed because of the pre-buff round.

Dodging the bat was difficult, but not impossible, and the defensively-cast Disjunction spell soon after caused the bat to vanish in the puff of magic it had appeared in. There is a bit of rustling, for those with good hearing, and soon Orion has vanished from the location the bat had pinpointed. The sky above where Orion was however, grows very, very cloudy, and Darius finds himself now in six inches of water.

Disjunction is centered at J9, on the ground. Misses me, hits the Bat and Darius. Bat vanishes, Darius DC 31 Will Save for all magic items.

GM:
Move action, pull out Rod of Quicken. Use it to cast a Quickened Time Stop.

Rounds of Time Stop: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

The first round is spent in casting Tongues using one of the three wishes from my ring, and then flying up to A9, 50 ft up. Three castings of Summon Monster VII to summon 3d3 ⇒ (3, 3, 3) = 9 Huge Lightning Elementals, with the last round is spent using my ability Raise the Deep over the entire arena, causing the ground of the arena to be covered in six inches of water, followed by a stealth check.

Stealth Check: 1d20 + 54 ⇒ (8) + 54 = 62

The Fire Oni that is Orion takes his Tetsubo in both hands, and swings with all his might.

I do not take an AoO.

Orion turns, casting another Heightened Persisted Piercing Hold Monster on the Void Oni, then moving to be adjacent against the Void Oni.

Keep in mind he can't teleport in the mind fog, cause of the Dimensional Lock. There isn't a saving throw on it. As far as the stealth casting attack spells while stealthing, I did it a lot in the previous two battles.

Waving his hands like he just doesn't care, Orion casts Time Stop.

Time Stop Duration: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Round 1 of the Time stop, I draw the Tetsubo from my Haversack and use a charge off my Ring of Three Wishes to cast Undead Anatomy IV, only as a Ghost of a Fire Oni. I (and all the equipment I hold) becomes incorporeal (I believe my other equipment would merge with the new form, but my Tetsubo would size up. I may be incorrect there, however). Round 2 of the Time Stop is spent casting Dimensional Lock, using a second Wish off the Ring of Three Wishes. The third round of the Time Stop is spent readying to cast another Time Stop when this Time Stop ends.

Spell Resistance for Dimensional Lock (if any): 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (11) + 26 = 37

Time Stop Duration: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Round 1 of this next Time Stop is spent casting Fly, and move closer to the Void Oni.

Round 2 is spent casting Spell Perfected (Persistant) Piercing Heightened (1 level) Mind Fog. This is centered at 40 ft elevation at O7. For my move action, I finish flying up to, ending my flight so I am adjacent to the Void Oni, elevation at 40 ft. Round 3 is spent readying to cast a Heightened to 6th Level, Persistant Piercing Hold Monster against the Void Oni when the Time Stop ends.

Spell Resistance for Mind Fog (if any, Oni's is 10 less): 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (17) + 30 = 47

Spell Resistance on Hold Monster (if Any, Oni's is 5 less): 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (1) + 26 = 27

Oh, little Summoner, you have no idea what you have gotten into, have you? Comes a confident voice covered in glitter. That glitter blurs, vanishing from the view of Ulthor, replaced with a greenish mist of Mind Fog.

GM:
Two castings of Spell Perfected Mindfog (The metamagic I am using is Persistent Spell for Spell Perfection, and I am adding 1 level of Heighten and Piercing, taking up an 8th level slot), overlapping the 20 ft radius so Ulthor is caught in both and I am unaffected, spending those two rounds moving to Last round is spent readying an action: When Time Stop ends, I use the Ring of Three Wishes to cast Blasphemy.

From below the mist, almost directly below the Ulthor, comes an intonation as part of a spell. "AND HE DID DECLARE HIMSELF GREATER THAN THE MOST HIGH IN ALL WAYS, AND WAS CAST OUT OF HEAVEN."

For the purpose of Spell Resistance on the Mind Fogs, your spell resistance is treated as 10 lower.

Spell Resistance for Mind Fog 1: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (19) + 30 = 49
Spell Resistance for Mind Fog 2: 1d20 + 30 ⇒ (17) + 30 = 47
Spell Resistance for Blasphemy: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (11) + 26 = 37

Ulthor: You get to roll two pairs of Will saves for the Mind Fogs and take the lowest. The DC for this is 37.

Afterwords, you get to roll two saving throws for the Blasphemy. One for the usual effect associated with the spell (And since your in your Eidolon suit, you get to use your Eidolon's HD instead of your own). In addition, because you are in your Eidolon Suit, you get to roll a second saving throw and take an additional -4 for the banishment effect, in addition to any penalties from the Mind Fog.

The Will Save DC for both the normal Blasphemy and the banishment effect associated with it is 31.

You know, very few spells do not have to worry about Spell Resistance? So annoying, trying to find them.

Impacting Ulthor, a single burst of nullyfing magic easily identified as Dispel Magic to try and destroy the last spell he cast.

Another wave of nullifying magic sweeps through the arena, most noticeably missing the northern most edge of the map. Nothing else happens...unless you have remarkably good senses.

Mage's Disjunction (DC 31), centered at H10 at a height of 30 ft (Marked on the Map for your convenience).

Stealth Check (While Casting Mage's Disjunction): 1d20 + 53 ⇒ (16) + 53 = 69
