The kreen shuffles over to the girl's body, drawing out the blade and placing a claw over her head and one over the hole from whence he drew the blade.

A feeling of hope is felt through the collective as the kreen draws the recently departed spirit back into the girl's body, leaving her unconscious, but alive.

If the BBEG is in the collective, I will expend focus to use Transfer Attack on it.

Transfer Attack (Su): A 9th level life leech can expend his psionic focus as an immediate action to redirect damage being taken by one member of the collective to another member of the collective. Calculate the damage as if the original target would have taken it. The damage transferred is empathic in nature, so damage reduction or other means to block the damage to the final target are not effective.

Since the damage is empathic in nature, even though it might be immune it would still take the 160 damage.

If this works lemme know, and I will do a cool write up for sending this attack back at it (unless you want to, since your descriptions are great and you would know better how much of its HP would remain after 160 damage).

lemme know how many HP that is. They're probably all going to Raun. how many that is will determine how i use my standard action, i will use my move action to regain psionic focus. if Raun ends up over 100hp, i will try to pull the BBEG into the collective. otherwise i will use it for more temp HP, others need temp HP anyway. Also keep in mind you can, if you need HP, use a standard to call for help in the collective and i can heal you as a free action (use your standard for healing instead of my standard).

we havent had woki act in this combat yet, i dont think. Should we bot her? Also, i wish haste was like it used to be and gave me spare standard actions instead of just extra melee attacks. What action is that curative salve? I'll need to dump some on myself to redirect into the collective if woki doesnt pop off some channels or heals.

Alright, metagame question here:

Is me saving the villichi girl going to spoil the encounter? If not, would it make any appreciable difference in our favor?

Less metagame question:

Is she alive at all still?

1. If she is alive, I will move forward and pull her into the collective.
2. If she isn't alive, but saving her won't ruin the encounter, then I will double move with flight to the base of the stairs like the others.
3. If she isn't alive, but saving her would spoil the encounter, I will fly to a position mirroring Gorkhan's, but on the north section of pillars.

Thanks. Luckily the GM in that game is letting me get a Druid's vestment at 4th level.

Also luckily I can wild shape as a druid normally at level 4, then at level 6 dino/reptile forms i can shape like a level 8 druid while all other forms stay as a level 4 druid.

do i think bringing Orryn back is a possible way to strengthen the seal back up? I have Psionic Revivify so it is feasible that i could bring her back, within a number of rounds equal to ((her level -1)*2)+1

Grit, I am making a druid (Saurian Shaman) in my other Dark Sun game.

I have a question and my google-fu isn't getting me the answer. When in wild shape, can you go form to form without spending new uses? For instance if my Wild Shape lasts 4 hours, can i be a medium animal, later shape to a small animal, etc. without using more of my daily uses?

yeah, fly would be good for me, better than my levitate belt. also, he probably has some scrolls to buff himself anyway so some dispels may not go amiss. but that is up to you to determine the relative value versus damage to him, etc. We have to keep Raun in melee with him for sure. anything to stop his jaunting is a big bonus.

The following powers gain the Network descriptor when manifested by a vitalist: all powers of the [healing] subdiscipline, animal affinity, biofeedback, body of iron, endorphin surge, expansion, oak body, physical acceleration, sustenance, suspend life, timeless body, and vigor.

which means i can put these on folks, if they are of a level i can manifest. i can manifest them via the network as if you were my self, and for 1pp i can augment to add an additional person.

My third level power is Resist Death, i won't swap that out but i could swap a 4th level power out if you want something off of level 3. Level 5 is basically Psionic Breath of Life so i will keep that.

Might as well. It lasts a really long time and can protect against like 3 effects. You might as well keep your versatility by picking a different spell.

Well, Nnn already has the big six items he needs, i think. HE has a CON boost and a WIS boost, resistance boost that 4k gp can't improve upon. AC for him is already in the dumps because racially he can't wear armor.

So, with that said, I think the following two items interest Nnn, with the ring obviously more of an asset if Daina can charge it for him with an appropriately useful spell.

taking some time leveling up, flu hit me like a truck and the wife is having health (non-flu but serious) issues as well.

still reading everything, just spending a lot of my free time napping when i would otherwise be crunching numbers.

10th level, we get a feat, skill pts, no ability point, and we are doing half HP or roll? I forget every time.

i think the ring of protection is all i can use. belt of CON would be nice but i have a levitation belt there, but maybe i could just swap to that belt when i need it. as much as i would like armor it would have to have 0 ACP for me to use, since i am not proficient, and have an "exotic body frame". Circlet of WIS prob wont stack with my reliquary crystal. IF i could use the helm, i would take the Helm of Resist +3, and give up my current Bracers of Resist +3, and take the Bracers of Natural Armor +3. However, I try to stay out of melee anyway, so others would be better served with many of those things.

may have to just use Psionic Revivify on her if she dies, with my low HP i can't donate any to her and the rest are in combat.

I am not familiar with the power or spell used, but the +4 should only have come into play if the original power/spell didn't allow a save. otherwise i thought such things would be fully prevented by the resist death. i could be mistaken though, especially since i dont know the power/spell the gladiator used.
