![]() I'm going to work on a character for this, should be posted later today hopefully. I'm going with a Fighter (Unbreakable)//Barbarian (Invulnerable Rager) for a character that just won't go down. Not the best usage of gestalt in the world, but I have been wanting to make a character like this for a long time. Just have to write out the backstory. ![]()
![]() Also stats
Plus 10 unplaced points, for stats ![]()
![]() I'm also going to to spend some time to look at the character creation tonight and see, because it sounds interesting.

![]() Definitely interested. Probably making a Human Grenadier Alchemist later tonight, community Scrap City. Rough idea for the character, dunno if it aligns with idea DM had for scrap city. Concept: Somewhat unstable explosives and chemical warfare expert, eager to make buildings transform into rubble.
Fluff:
In Scrap City the only groups that survived long were ones that excelled at something. There were the marksmen who'd shoot you dead before you even spotted them, the bikers who could outmanuever anyone who dared come into their territory, and even the groups that were so good at scavenging that they simply collected enough that their enemies soon just became trade partners.
And then there was the part of the city that was marred by craters and perpetually smelled of gunpowder and noxious fumes. Some say that the fumes have driven them all mad, and they might be right. But when people need something blown up, there's only one place to go. That place is where Lauren grew up, and where her journey begins. No preference for or against gestalt/extra feats/skills/etc ![]()
![]() So question, how does point buy work with a preexisting creature? Just since you mentioned it, and some monsters have like 18s in multiple stats, and others have 13 as their highest score. You mentioned racial modifiers but obviously those aren't that apparent in monster listings. I found this thing for 3.5 that maybe might be helpful if you don't already have a system? Under "Ability scores for Monster PCs" Interested though. Possibly psuedodragon wizard? |
