![]() You gain temporary, intuitive insight into the immediate future during your next attack. Your next single attack roll (if it is made before the end of the next round) gains a +20 insight bonus. Additionally, you are not affected by the miss chance that applies to attackers trying to strike a concealed target. Does True strike also allow you to target the square an invisible creature is in? ![]()

When a player brings a new character to the game. And uses a new ability that is gray or poorly written, I usually compromise then get advice before making a final dicision. Thanks for the feedback ![]()

This seems to break the game SIM. The guy is blind to the opponent, then sees the dragon overhead - repositions- the dragon continues because it can attack at any point of its movement. Does the specialist get to reposition again? This is very poorly designed or written ability. Thanks ![]()
![]() (Ex): At 13th level, as an immediate action, a tower shield specialist can reposition his tower shield to another facing, but he cannot use this ability to interrupt an attack. This ability replaces weapon training 3. I was curious to how other players and GMs may interpret this ability? I have a player who took total cover with his shield from a dragon while it was flying toward the party. On the Dragons turn, he did a fly by attack using his breath weapon. The player wanted to reposition at the moment just before the attack to get total cover. ( Cone attack) I mentioned the ability is specific about interrupting an attack. As a compromised I gave him +4 on his saving throw. What does every one think of this ability and what is it good for if you cannot interrupt an attack? But if you can take total cover as an immediate action that is very powerful. ![]()
![]() If you were to modify a light armor to have no shoulder or arm sleeves. Could you lower the AC but at the same time lower the arcane failure (5%). I have a rogue/wiz, and I dont want to have to burn Mage Armor. I use Darkleaf studded- with a 5% arcane failure. I was thinking if it lowered the AC by 1 then lose the 5% arcane failure. Also using a feat is expensive to lower arcane failure. Any existing rules?? ![]()
![]() I have a player who has created a Dwarven Fighter/Cleric/Holy Vindicator he is now 13th level. Between his class, feats, etc. His AC is 37 that can get up to 41 with his stigmata. His saves are also in the high teens. During game play there really is nothing that effects him. If I amp up the encounter to challenge him I would destroy the other characters. Curious how others would handle a character build like this. ![]()
