Samuel has been rolling all the way through (I did my best to figure out the due diligence before I came asking questions) and has helpfully linked to each of the dice rolls! He has a bunch over 6 and then a few unlinked 6's - which I'm assuming are 1/2HD + 1 as you said.

I'm back home and working on crunch (profile is a WIP) but a question came up I thought you guys could help with.

Natalya examines the centaurs with curiosity - they seem very unusual to her and she's interested. She leaves the chatting to someone else though, ideally someone who can actually speak their language.

"Sounds like a plan!" Natalya agrees cheerfully. The first job went very well and her plan was perfect - exactly as things should be! She whistles a jaunty and surprisingly birdlike tune as she follows the thiefling champion.

Natalya retreats back to the balcony with her prize and presents the card to Elanna with a flourish.

"Ta da!" She says, "Shall we do another door?"

"I can fly over and take it." Natalya offers. "I can do it sneaky so no-one sees me too."

The air warps around the kineticist as she lifts into the air and then simply vanishes from sight.

Cyclonic Ascent (flying) followed by Clear as Air (invisible). Will sustain clear as air and fly down to try and nab the card.

Natalya seems quite impressed by the whole thing - even having known her for only a few days its clear to all her companions that she will neither know, nor care, about the history of the play. The lighting and the fake snow though completely enchant her and the look on her face is the innocent wonder of a child.

Clearly she is going to be of no use what-so-ever unless given clear instructions!

"Sure." Natalya says with a smile. She's moving a little slower than usual, with one hand rubbing circles into her stomach - the classic signs of someone who's eaten too much. "Have you had pork wraps before?" She asks the room at large. "So delicious!"

Shopping with Anna:
"Why do you hide?" Natalya asks through a mouthful of food when Anna finally returns. From the pile of wrappers next to her the dark-skinned woman has clearly eaten a lot of pork wraps, but she pulls a fully wrapped one from her side and her hand glows for a moment before she hands it to the doctor, still (or perhaps newly) warm. "You are like vulture in the desert. You are carrion, eat things that no-one else would. Why is this so wrong? It is part of life - people die, things die. Why does the body matter afterwards?"

She seems genuinely curious as she looks down at the halfling. "Everyone eats. I see people eat animals all the time. What is so wrong about it? You are a good person - but you hide from people. Why?" Her new purchase, a bracer of fine gold that seems to suggest flames spreading up her arm, gleams as she finishes yet another wrap.

Natalya eventually returns, driven more by a rumbling stomach than anything else. The Rabbit Prince may have escaped today, but she'll catch him yet!

"So? Doors?" She asks simply when she finds the rest of the group. "Where next? Need to go back to Absalom first. There is something I want to buy."

Now we're level 12 I can have a greater gate attenuator. It's the potency rune for kineticists.

"I want to go chase a rabbit!" Natalya says with a grin. It seems her slightly birdlike tendencies can't resist the idea of a hunt! "I say we take some time to explore here! Maybe you can figure out the arches?" She adds, looking at Dimitrie. "Probably more cards, or tests of some sort. You figure it out! I'll be back later!"

With her piece said Natalya sets out and heads for the forest, drawing the very air around her to help cloak her from prying eyes.

I can use Clear as Air to be concealed forever, so maybe that's worth a bonus on my stealth check? I can fly as well? ;)

Natalya seems curious about the whole situation rather than anything else and follows Elanna through the portal without further comment, apparently interested in what's going to be on the other side.

The thought of not going through doesn't seem to have crossed her mind. Or possibly its because she now considers Elanna to be something of a baby chick - bright and colourful, but not safe enough to be let out of sight.

Natalya pays passing attention to Dimitrie and Dieral, but not enough to distract from Elanna and her wounds. Fortunately the conversation seems to distract Dimitrie from Anna. Natty doesn't particularly care about Anna's 'proclivities' but she knows other people do, so its a good thing the sorceror is distracted.

With Anya up on her feet again Natalya heads for the next nearest person (Elanna) and sets to work fixing the champion up as best she can. The kineticist is pleasantly warm to be around and Elanna finds her muscles relaxing under the dark-skinned woman's hands.

Natalya seems utterly unphased by the fireball and swings another bolt of lightning at the devil before shooting forwards into the archers, where another blast of lightning proves quite distracting!

Going to attack whichever archer Anna was next to. Now they have to deal with me!

Natalya shakes off the spell with a powerful effort of will and, ignoring the devil, blasts the tiefling with a powerful surge of lightning.

She misses, but thankfully goes higher rather than lower and avoids zapping Elanna's downed form.

Now that she has foes Natalya steps back and wraps Elanna momentarily in a snake of fire! It shoots around the champion without ever singeing her but shows no such mercy to her opponents!

Natalya sprints forwards and claps a flaming hand onto Elanna's worst wound - there's a momentary sizzle and a smell of BBQ before she turns her attention to the tiefling with the axe and bolts of lightning start leaping all around her.

Natalya's natural cheer pushes through the devilish magic as she gathers a tiny bead of light into her hand and then lets it go. Suddenly a massive blast of heat and light erupts from the middle of the archers, causing screams of pain from the closely packed mercenaries.

Solar Detenation, Fire Damage: 6d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 2, 1, 6, 6) = 21
20 ft burst so should hit all the archers? Ref save DC 30: Crit - unaffected. Suc - half damage and dazzled until my next turn. Fail - Full damage and blinded until my next turn. Crit fail - double damage and blinded for 1 min.

They all have same kind of name too. Doni, Dara and Devil I think. Very strange. They found a bad newspaper man and it was a very good thing. Maybe he wrote nasty things about their gardening? Absalom is a strange city."

She turns to Anna and adds. "Also, they have a doctor - very scary people say. Not like you - you're a nice doctor."

For whatever reason Natalya doesn't seem to like the smells in the shop at all. Still, her gaze is sharp as she looks the iruxi up and down, evaluating the shop proprietor as Dimitrie spins webs of words.

"It was fun." Natalya says with a shrug. "And Anna is very good at it." She doesn't seem overly fussed by Dimitrie's teasing, if she even realises it is teasing. "You should come back and try it sometime. I'm sure Clemeth wouldn't mind."

Once she has their next location she sets off with her usual confidence. It seems that the tall woman has a very good sense of direction - or fakes it remarkably well.

Cheat my way through athletics with flight!

Anna is gone before Natalya actually responds but the dark-skinned woman watches intently as Anna darts through the obstacle course and actually applauds as she takes the Leap.

With an awesome example to follow Natalya sets off, dancing through the maze with ease until she reaches the swinging robot arms. She starts forwards twice but obviously doesn't have the skill or co-ordination to dodge them.

Instead she steps back and then suddenly leaps into the air, soaring over not only the arms but right over the scrap heap as well. She lands softly in front of Ana, her robe soaring behind her like wings.

"That was fun." She concludes with a grin for the ghoul. "You were very good!"

When she finds out that tattoos are an option Natalya comes back inside and watches the process with interest. When it's her turn she remains stock still as Arhan works - ending up with a tattoo that flickers with a soft glow like she has a campfire under her skin. The tattoo is on the back of her neck and peeks above her robe when she shrugs it back on.

"You do fine work." She says solemnly. "I will tell people of this."

Once everyone has a tattoo if they want one Natalya sets off confidently. There were two other places on the map to visit!

Natalya accidentally puts a pot down too hard and inhales a small cloud of a dusty-smokey substance. She cocks her head for a moment and then lets out a terrific sneeze - thankfully away from the merchandise, before heading for the door.

Natalya finds the tattoo shop quite fascinating - she flits around, looking at powders, sniffing inks and generally having a whale of a time.

Unfortunately she's utterly useless at learning anything helpful.

Natalya is used to the view from above, so when everyone else charges off to the backroom she stays put, taking slow steps around the room and staring intently at the floor. Occasionally she has to wipe away blood but that never elicits more than a tut.

She's so focused that Dimitrie's question doesn't actually get a response as she steps and mutters.

Natalya spreads her arms and a roar of wind surges around her, propelling her allies towards their foes!

As Natalya moves the air around her crackles with electricity and a sharp feeling of static builds up throughout the room.

{A} Channel Elements - as part of that action I shift into Thermal Nimbus Stance. All my allies within 20 ft get Resist 11 vs. fire. Everyone within 20ft of me at the start of their turn, or moving within 20ft of me takes 6 fire damage. [Allies are affected, but the resistance is higher!]

The woman Anna addressed as Natalya is a tall woman with rich brown skin and long flowing hair of red and gold which gives the impression of living flames cascading from her head as she looks down to grin at the much shorter woman greeting her.

"Hello Anna." She replies, before pulling a card of her own out of her flowing robes and showing it to the other two. A mighty figure in golden armor glowers from the surface of the card and Natalya grins behind it, teeth bright in her dark skinned face.

"I thought this was a joke." She says, casually flipping the card into the air. "Very funny. But then this happened." A ball of fire appears in one hand and she claps her hands together, slamming the card into the flame. There's a brief flash and then when she pulls her hands apart again the fire is gone and the card is utterly untouched.

"Interesting, no?" She asks. "It is good to meet you, Ela and stranger. May you always find water and shade." She inclines her head to both and then turns back to Anna. "How is Mavis? We should have drinks soon."

Natalya stamps around for a couple of minutes looking for other things to kill until the noise finally goes away and her temper eases in response.

"Stupid thing!" She says, kicking the corpse. "Let's go!"

She heads towards the doorway once more, intent on cutting a way out.

She starts searching for anything useful in the room, with her sword out... just in case...
