Back to the land of the dead with you, you fell monster!

Lady Vanna’s rapier skewers the monster as Wulfgar lays into it with his greatsword... The mummy lord is finished!

Avoiding the undead's touch, Wulfgar pivots his sword back around, stepping back into the breach, he swings the greatsword at the thing again.

Wulfgar’s blade cleaves again where it struck earlier, opening the vale into a black rift from which withered funeral herbs tumble! The mummy lord gasps dryly and the green lights fade from the inlaid cat’s eyes in the hollow eye sockets... The mummy lord of Set falls!

Fortitude save for half,DC16 No spell resistance,6 rounds

Fortitude 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18succeeds, takes half...

Concentration 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (10) + 14 = 24 to cast slay living defensively... fails by 1!
Rasping in Egyptian: I strike thee dead by the unholy name of Set!

Stepping out of the sarcophagus, it follows Wulfgar’s backwards retreat, reaching out a claw-like hand to touch the Northman... Touch 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31... and though it caresses his arm, it muddles the deadly spell, sparing Wulfgar the threat of instant death!

Smiling as Lord P lights up the mummy, Wulfgar drops the crowbar, grabbing his sword from it's resting place, he begins to rage, swinging the sword at the mummy. He then step away from the sarcophagus to expose the creature to Mwikali Ankh.

"Tag your it"

UGH!! So BRIGHT!! Douse that accursed Light! What is that? A butterfly!?

At Wulfgar’s second pull on his crowbar, the lid grinds feee and falls with thunderous clap to the stone floor!

An ancient, elaborately ornamented mummy, unholy green lights glowing from within the cat’s eye gems replacing the eyes in its hollow sockets, stands within, with claw-like hands gripping the halftime of a bronze spear!

A curse upon the graverobbers! It croaks in Egyptian, and extends a skeletal claw toward Wulfgar!

From within the sarcophagus, Lady Vanna hears a sepulchral, dry voice croak, in Egyptian: Lord Set, Alpha Jackal, God of Night and Evil! Grant your humble servant thy divine power!

Casts divine power...
