Sorry for the delay gentleman, I just haven't been able to muster the motivation to get myself onto the Internet over the holidays with my son home and so many other things to do.

I have composed my leveling post, but haven't given the slightest thought to what I'm actually going to do for my next level. Anyone think we could use something other than another level of cleric for me?

Hal, thanks very much for posting your spell selection, I will definitely plan around your choices next time I pray. More Dispel Magics are definitely going to be a priority!

Hope you all had a Merry one, and a wonderful 2013 is in your future!

A very cool pic indeed. Sooron doesn't want to run into him in a dark alley. Or pyramid either.

Good to have you on-board Mr. Exciting. Long-time no game.

I like your alias. Us Mr.s gotta stick together. Alas, my Mr. somehow seems drab and boring compared to yours. You're not starting out this game taking jabs at me are you?

Have a great time over there! My wife and I spent a couple weeks in Scotland for our honeymoon, and it was everything a honeymoon is supposed to be.

Her ancestor is John O' Groat, founder, - oddly enough - of John O'Groats.
If you get way to the northeast, tip a pint to him for us please.

Just so you all know, Donkors actually been fairly busy since you all saw him last, and shouldn't need any rescuing. I'm not sure if the metagaming amnesty will actually extend to telling you what he's been up to either, but I suspect that he will be of some assistance now in gaining access to the pyramid.

There was actually some talk of publishing some of my stuff to the thread at some future date, but I suspect that time hasn't come yet.

I gotta let the great green multi-legged one be my guide in this.

If he could also be so kind as to advise me if I will have a chance to replenish spells, i'd appreciate it.

I also am only intermittently available at the moment, hanging out at the lake for a while. I willbe Checking in on my Phone regularly however.

Fantastic resource. Thanks very much for making that available!

It was a really good session Ravens, and the possession was a nice little touch. I think a good time was had by all, both players and viewers. Although like most groups, yours seems fairly easily distracted off onto tangents, and I'm really not sure audience interactions is the best way to curtail that. I think I personally cost you at least half an hour of actual gaming time yesterday!

Take care Dennis, please also accept my condolences.

Yay! Fun fun! It was everything I was hoping it could be! Woot!

You continue to amaze me with your crazy brilliant (and darn lucky) exploits!

Thanks very much! Who wouldn't want to use a potion of water walking on a big fishy though, really?

I see my ride left without me though, so now I need to hope I can hitch onto the next express-dwarf passing through.

I'd be excited by a Carrion Crown. Very much looking forward to giving that a try!

Bilbo!!!

Yes, thanks indeed for not being a “flake”. I couldn’t bear the stigma (sniff, sniff).

You are certainly more than welcome to re-join. I’m GM PCing Breach to keep him in this, not because I particularly need an NPC. If I’ve gone too far and re-branded him, don’t hesitate to get him back to normal. I’m sure our players can handle any continuity issues – they’re pretty resilient.

However, if you are no longer interested, we won’t drag you along. It’s not a press gang. OK, it is a press gang, but we’re pretty lenient. My suggestion is that you carve out some time and do your reading to catch up to the present and then decide if you can re-commit to posting and want in.

Yeah Bilbo, definitely don't let our estimable GM's ham-fisted mis-handling of what was such a promising character dissuade you from coming back! (joking saheeb! Please don't send a vengeful Pharasma after me!)

I'm sure we can all handle a little personality change, and you certainly gave us forewarning that you were going to be unable to post, even if that subsequently changed and then reverted. :) No harm done.

Should we plan the caravan raid here or in the game thread?

I am thinking here. I like (I think it was Donkor's) idea to attck the supplies. I am thinking that we could summon creatures to attck the supply wagons and bot attack the actual people. This way we minimize risk of injury while still accomplishing the goal of sabotage and get an easy in to the dig site.

I think Gandel had a suggestion for why we were out here in the first place, I believe it was Moonpate's research. He and Gandel can be the sages and the rest of us can be muscle for his trip.

What does everyone think?

I think attacking supplies would be find, unless you are all willing to make the leap and kill the caravan members. Donkor will not be making that suggestion in character however.

Gandel's suggestion seems to be fine, but we are a very odd assortment of muscle. I would probably work better as another sage, if we were to go that route. A priest, some osirionology, and have plundered a previous pyramid.

Okay, my character is mostly done. You may find him here:

I'm guessing that it might have been some sort of temporary pricing snafu at Amazon's end.

The OP made his post at 11:34pm on Friday.
I actually bought the Pathfinder Core Rule Book Saturday at 4:53 pm from amazon.ca for $32.92, with no charge for shipping. I was therefore quite surprised when I found this thread this afternoon.

If they were selling it for $62 they did it for less than a day, and anyone who purchased at that price will be very angry.

Okay, here is very general character concept:

Neutral priest of Pharasma, who landed on the positive side of energy channeling. So he can heal; but Pharasma is a goddess of fate, and people die in their allotted time and place. Just sayin'. :)

He is something of a fatalist, but I will try not to take that to ridiculous extremes. maybe. Pharasma does not help those who help themselves, but those who don't help themselves end up looking quite foolish in the end.

Not sure how much detail the GM wants us to go into here, so I'll leave it at that for now, and go try to learn a new game system and figure out clickable character sheets!

I also am definitely interested in joining up. It's a convenient weekend for me to work on a character, as the family is gloriously absent for a couple of days. Perhaps this new character will be a bachelor, so I can live out my wildest sitting alone being bored fantasies through him!

Will have something up here in terms of concept soonish.
