Excellent scenario written by a great new author. I love the options to roleplay that actually affect the scenario as a whole instead of just the one encounter (and given multiple ways through each roleplay scene instead of just "talk til the diplomacy roll is high enough). The encounters are just the right mix between fun & unique and really challenging. Also, I love that they're finally completing the stories on some PFS boons that have been loose threads for a long time.
I've played this scenario recently, and I loved it. The concept of a haunted mansion for the party to delve in is brilliant. The setting and encounters keep the players on the edge and even a bit spooked (which is perfect for a haunted house). I plan on running this soon for my local gaming group to spread the fear (and love) to a new batch of gamers.
