So almost every store i have seen is out of stock for this box, will there be more print-versions made or is this pdf-only now?

Hi, i was a little trigger-happy when ordering. And i clicked to fast skipping the security code on my visa. Can i get a link on my mail so i can verify the visa. Or cancel this order so i can get a new one? Right now the order is stuck on pending and it seems that there is no way for me to get to the visa verification page.
