As we walk in, as a swift action, Mr. Z uses Martial Versatility to gain improved grapple. I kinda wanted to see the layout of the room before declaring so I hope that's okay.

On what I hope is the surprise round:

Reminder: Two of the unfortunates assigned to guard duty are Loshari and Telandril, part of a team sent to Isger to recover a relic lost during the Goblinblood Wars. The venture was a debacle and resulted in part of a town being set on fire and inadvertently let goblins loose in the town square. Most blame Loshari, but Telandril stubbornly insisted on sharing the punishment—likely so that he could lecture her further.

"I'm already 'invisible'. Why not let me go first? How can I identify Loshari and Telandril and what all do we know about them?" Aram Zey's assistant considers. "That and I doubt that they'll just turn over the post watching the crown jewels to a bunch of people they don't know without something more. They already screwed up once after all.... How did this Loshari mess up their mission?"

Had I poison I could have brought them snacks. Seriously though we don't want to make a log jam in the doorway. So how about me and clever bluffer go in. Mr. Z doesn't bluff. He gets by on good looks alone. And for all we know guards might be tricked out to see invisible stuff. That and because of were we are whatever fighting we do will have to be a quick and quiet as possible.

Z recognizes that stealth checks are easier to make when you aren't bleeding all over the floor. If there is no healing to be had, Z starts quietly culling the weakest members of the party figuring it would be better if he and the other healthy members had their stuff. This of course happens during the long, windy trek to the tapestry doorway. ;)

Or I guess Z could wait until we're healed up. Again, it's all good.

Once the party is healed up some, Z in his guise as the oh-so recently late aid to Aram Zey walks openly toward their next target.

If Z could manage a clipboard and some spectacles all the better.

Z's disguise is +11 with his kit. The disguise kit has 8 more uses left to it and gives you a +2 on the check. I have not rolled the effectiveness of his current disguise nor do I know if the GM has.

Is this trip really necessary? I only ask because we may be able to bypass it later. Otherwise I suggest we either wait for unleashing Noah's ark or set off a high yield explosive device in a nearby building to cause a distraction. Honestly I think we need to thin the herd around her before we go for the little loudmouth. The adventure hasn't really begun yet so Mr. Z's loath to spend a lot of resources/their lives here.

Given the area, does Janira ever go close to trees or bushes? Obviously there are places I could get hidden to go in stealth to try and get closer to do the pick pocketing. But if the pathfinders are sitting around her like a team of bodyguards so there is no way in, that isn't going to be a viable approach. If necessary she can go invisible to do this, but once again if they are a ring of steel around her, that isn't exactly an option.

Z nods before the man moves off and makes a mental note to himself that he should never tell Micelangelo anything--ever, unless he wanted the whole damn world to know about it five minutes later. It seems a good way of getting a person killed.

Mr. Z takes a minute to change disguises before following after the man. He needs something original and stylish--something that an NPC would never suspect. Hmm.... I know just the thing!

This is all to say that Z dresses appropriate to the setting. He follows the man until they're alone (out of even the artiste's gaze) then draws close and snaps the man's neck. He drag's the man off cuts out his tongue (to foil attempts to speak with dead) and takes a few minutes to disguise himself as his victim. He puts the body somewhere out of the way--maybe near the menagerie. Monsters' gotta eat right? That's more than a few dice rolls. Lemme know what you need.

I'm pretty sure disguise is a 'you' only thing and that you can't take 10 on it as only the GM is allowed to roll the check and then only at the moment your identity is challenged by a perception check.

Z tags along with whomever needs him (probably Shohiraj as Rataji suggested), but does excuse himself and takes a turn off to secretly follow Micelangelo to the Wall of Names when he goes to meet his 'contact'.

Screw it. While all the other players are asleep in Sioux City Iowa, Z turns the handle unbarring the door, but not quite opening it. Then he twists his pre-invasion purchase around his wrists behind his back in what he imagines is a convincing enough imitation of bindings and then shoves the door open with his shoulder.

There I did it, and I'm glad.
