Well since I haven't updated our characters in a while, and since all the originals are long gone...here's what we're now working with: Winterborn- Illumian Archivist 9
We have had a ridiculous amount of deaths and I smell a TPK just around the corner since we are on our way to the tarpits...
Check out PHB2 and see how you feel about retraining the class feature. If you have down time in the campaign, then you can take the time to retrain your favored enemies. So you can say have favored enemy (animals) and after the isle of dread you can switch it over to favored enemy (evil outsiders). Just a thought, but like I said if you have the gold and the time, then I see no problem...
Character: Captain LiktikToolik Level 8 Binder
Well, I had posted on here a while back about losing our captain (Valu) in a previous horrible situation. Well this character, my character, was the last surviving original party member, but so much for that! We roll up in the mountains and get attacked by the gargoyle troupe. The main guy (not sure of name) gets right up in my face and I challenge him, knowing I can take him. Well in a horrible set of circumstaces my DM rolls a triple 20 on me, and that was all she wrote for Captain Toolik. I remained in a state of shock for over an hour, since we all agreed that, due to the fact that the Binder is purely overpowered, I would have no more problems. Oh well, things like this just happen I guess...
thanks all around, was hoping that one day to make use of it, but odds are my character will be dead before that happens, way too many close calls...lost around 10 PC's already, I mean jeez, Im the only original Character! lol
alrighty well with that said then this is my new question...you see coincidently my character is a Binder and my DM has informed me that we will be finding his tooth or whatever. If this is true is there a way that I would be able to make use of it, or does it have some greater cause that I just haven't been informed of, or what? If I don't get to make use of it as a Binder then I and, if my character discovers its properties, my character will be royally PO'ed! But oh well, thanks anyways

Well our party's leader finally lost his life (for the last time) tonight and it wasn't pretty to say the least. We had heard the Slaad appear and rushed to figure out what was up, and Valu was first on the scene...Well the slaad unloaded on him for the first round but Valu got lucky and took little damage, so I guess he got cocky. The round after the next he was alone in the room again after the Dwarven Barbarian backed out to get some healing, so he was unloaded on again this time, and the final hit was an extremely ridiculous crit hit that decapitated the poor bastard... sad thing it is...his first voyage as captain, first encounter on the ship, and he loses his life. Now my character, being the previous first mate must take command of the ship...but oh well, the next encounter with the flotsam ooze was a TPK!!
Okay guys, got a question, my DM is about to start Sea Wyvern's Wake tomorrow and we need to know who in the world Ahazu is, and where his vestige/tooth of dahlver-nar can be found. He wont let me read the mess in the book, due to spoilers, but he wants me to find this stuff out, being that I am a binder in our current group. Well anyways, anybody got anything on this guy? What the tooth you find is all about? Any help would be wonderful! He tells me that this adventure has many new things that do not direct where their original source is, if any...oh well thanks
Well, I have been scanning the boards reading various topics for a while now...and thought I'd finally jump in on the action So we started our STAP with my buddy taking up the DMing spot and allowing me (usual DM) a chance to play for once! We are about 4 sessions in, usuing FR setting, and have just finished the first adventure. Our party has already taken two casualities, due to foolish PC and a desire to get one's character killed... Anyways, we are currently looking at these following 4, and waiting for the 5th guys creation to come in next week. LiktikToolik - Male Darfellen Binder 3
Well, so far we have nearly lost all of our lives on two seperate occasions, one being on the Blue Nixie! Darn pirates!
