Thanks for the e mail stating that the cards being different colors is no big deal and I just have to deal with it. Class outfit. You guys screw up and then say it's no big deal. You could have said that a month and a half ago. It's not a total loss. I can get the black sleeves and fix the problem but a real company doesn't treat it's customers like this. I will never buy another pazio product again.


I would just like to say thanks for nothing. I sent in pictures of my cards a month and a half ago. I haven't been able to play a game that I have spent over 200 dollars on. What a joke pazio is. I'm done if this is how you treat your customers. It's clear from reading all the horror stories from other customers that you guys messed up and now you want to put your head in the sand and act like nothing is wrong. My cards are different colors. It's not my fault so bleeping do something about it pazio.

After shelling out over 200 dollars on this game It is very disappointing to find that the backs of my cards are colored differently. I have sent pictures to customer support.

The character add on deck I purchased has different colored cards then the rest of my cards. I have spent good money buying 1000 clear Ultra Pro sleeves for the cards and now I can't use them because the cards are different colors on the backside.

I would appreciate if someone from customer service would comment on this.


Thanks for the reply. I'm not interested in the hassle of selling them but that is at least one solution. I have sent a picture of my cards to support. Hopefully they will help me out. I had just bought 1000 clear card protectors for my cards at the same time I bought the game and expansion packs. The only possible solution I can see is to sleeve the cards with Ultra Pro Black Matte protectors which is about 70 dollars for 1200 protectors. I also had purchased the wooden box so my cards would fit comfortably with the sleeves. I'm well over 200 dollars invested now Pazio needs to step up and help out.


My cards are 2 different colors making it very easy to tell what the cards are at locations once you start flipping over the cards. It's very disappointing that this kind of thing can happen. Who changes printing services like this ??? If you want to change printers then do it on the next expansion. What is the recourse ???

I have just had this same thing to me. After shelling out over 150 dollars on this game It is very disappointing to find that the backs of my cards are colored differently. I will be taking pictures and sending them to the e-mail address above. This is unacceptable.


No, just a player. You have some good points. The main thing for me is the shipping but I guess if you have the subscription you're not as worried about it because you will get your items in a timely manner. I just looked on Amazon and compared the prices and for me it's better to just order them from Amazon and receive them on time. Since this card game has been out for a while I am behind so there isn't much sense for me to get a subscription.

I put the subscription in my cart to see what happens and it starts me out on adventure path 5 of the Rise of the Runelords Adventure. It seems to me that you should be able to select which adventure pack you want to start with. As a new player if I was going to get a subscription then I would have wanted to start with deck 2 and then have them send me out the next sets on schedule. I realize that those decks are already out but they should take into consideration where you are in the game. I'm sure I'm not the only one to show up late to this game.


Unless you're getting multiple discounts this just isn't worth it. I have Amazon Prime with free 2 day shipping and I can get these adventure packs for 15 to 16 dollars and delivered to my door in 2 days. I love Pazio but having had to wait on items from pazio, we all know how bad that can be. Or at least I do personally.

There needs to be a much better offer or some speedy shipping before I would consider using your automated system.
