Massielo quickly goes to tend to his parents once they are back and misses the excitement with Benedic. He joins the others shortly to catch up but doesn't add anything now that Benedic has found his friend.

Massielo had never thought too much about the Worldwound and says "The important thing is that it's open and can cause us much trouble. The dream we had implies that this ordeal isn't over. We need to be ready."

I'm gonna have to come back to you about the feat.

For skill I'm going to try not to overlap with Benedic, so I'll go Knowledge Planes. The ability is Cha.

Massielo enjoys the attention at Defender's heart with some moderation. He doesn't want to feel that he could be corrupted by thoughts of glory or laziness. He falls quickly asleep and doesn't really understand what happened in his dream.

He tries thinking about it more.

Massielo helps with the cleansing of the temple. Afterwards, he dons the magical breastplate and takes a longspear from the stash. He looks at Irabeth with comforting eyes, but doesn't say anything.

Well, the breastplate is no doubt an upgrade, as is the shield. But I also think I'll be taking one of the longspears. Reach is a great benefit for me (and better defense than AC).

The ranged stuff I can use, but my Dex is +0, so it's good if it's the only option.

Also, I'm ok with skipping ahead. As Benedic said, the big fight is behind us, so the clean up has lesser stakes.

Massielo renews his Bless and follows Benedic.

Massielo takes one of the shards and says "We can begin cleansing that room while Benedic gets his spell ready, or we could just improvise a ram. In case his spell isn't enough."

I can make a case for taking the Cloak. I have Unbreakable Heart so I can remove some CC spells off the group. Also, I can heal up people who take lots of damage. In summary, if I make the saves, it's more likely I'll be able to counter failed saves across the party.

Ok, here we go.

Non-mythic:
Spells: Learned Communal resist energy. Traded Cause fear for liberating command
Basically there's not much more to choose.

Mythic:
Hierophant. Combined with Touched by divinity I get Glory + Sun domains.
Divine surge: Inspired Spell (OP for spontaneous caster)
Ability: Faith's reach
Feat: Spell lore (Mythic) - Learned Cure Serious Wounds (Mythic). Please confirm that I use a 3rd slot for it.

I'm really enjoying the game. I don't mind the changes of pace at all!

omg this fight is gonna be epic. Question: Do these buffs also apply to Sinesia? Also, does she level up?

I'm a big fan of Glitterdust to remove invisibility. The save vs blind is just a cherry on top. If Selann doesn't have it, I'd recommend it. Heroism is great for the incredible duration, and the Moment of Greatness wand we're planning will probably synergise well with it.

Got myself Moment of Greatness and Silence for level 5. Went for Improved Iron Will feat.

Some of Massielo's life force transfers to Greta and he summons healing energy, excluding the minotaur from the energy burst.

Massielo and Sinesia roll up the stairs and both come walking towards the large bull and attack at the best of their abilities.

Seeing that the tougher zombies are finally getting cut down, Massielo decides to conserve his resources and move forward swinging his morningstar, despite knowing that it won't be much effective. However, he says something to the others but it comes out in Celestial.

Massielo trots into the room and, seeing the zombies, calls down some positive energy into the whole room.

Massielo steps inside and asks "Anyone here? We're with the good guys." After waiting for an answer for a while, he steps back outside and suggests they move on.

Massielo puts the scroll away and replies to Greta "We're here to do a job, and it is to stop the demons from.... well, whatever it is they intend to do with the wardstone. We should move on."

Massielo approaches the enemy engaging Irabeth and swings his morningstar at him. Meanwhile, Sinesia shoots an arrow at the one in the far end.

Actually, I dipped 2 levels into Paladin for proficiencies and Divine Grace, but still... They're very similar characters. Going for the Angel transformation.

Started playing the crpg too. It's already a lot different from our game and I'm only level 3.
