Male Halfling Rogue

Perception 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

Male Halfling Rogue

Lyle slides in behind the others and begins to move down the stairs.

Male Halfling Rogue

Lyle joins Pwent and Shaldar on the other side of the hole. Trying to keep away from the light spells and stay in the cover of darkness. Pulling his cloak around him to hide any reflections of light off his blades.

Male Halfling Rogue

As Lyle walks towards the back of the cave to join Pwent and Chromie he mumbles under his breath "What are those two all about back there?"

Male Halfling Rogue

I knew there had to be something in here that would burn! Woohoo! But that meanie pink haired guy won't let us use it.

"Phooey, I'm cold and wet, all that searching for wood for nothing. Maybe he knows something I don't."

Lyle starts looking around the cave.

Rolling Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

Male Halfling Rogue

Looking at Calas, Lyle says "I have no plans to go out there looking for wood, but perhaps there may be something in this cave. Driftwood, for example, maybe something left behind by the caves' previous tenants."

Male Halfling Rogue

Diving into the cave and rolling to his feet Lyle narrowly missing the lightning bolt. Taking a moment to look around he realizes he's not alone. There are people here that he recognizes from the ship.

"Hello!! So nice to see you all. I had thought I might be alone here. Mind you I'm not afraid of being alone just....uh....concerned you could say. Well then allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lyle Shortcloak and I am pleased to meet you."

"Now let's see if I can get a fire going. I'm going to look around for some wood or kindling."

Rolling Perception 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16 Looking for anything burnable to build a fire.

Awesome thank you.

Have fun guys. Am I able see the game thread? I'd like to follow along and learn as we'll. I have no experience either and may still learn something just by observing.

I'm willing to roll up a tank/offensive/meatshield character if we need one. Just let me know. I have the next 3 days off, (Mon - Wed) so I have the time to do so.

If so give me ideas on what class would be preferred.

@ Calas Dermain under the block you type out your post/message is a line with a button next to it that reads "How to format your text". Click that button and use the spoiler tags to hide the info in a show/hide button.

This is Gamerdad's alias and my character info. Let me know if anything is missing or incorrect as you see it.

*Edit* I thought of some additions or things left out or could be typed out better so I fixed them.
