I thought that Paizo was only doing the core books as remaster? I went and bought all the physical books about a year ago with that information and now I look at what new books are available and find things like this, Guns and Gears and Treasure Vault are remastered now too. What about things like Book of the Dead or Secrets of Magic or Dark Archive? All that money spent on now out of date books. I'm aware of AoN and errata, but I shouldn't have to go to others sources and flip though printed errata to find differences. I would've held off on buying all these books if they hadn't had made a statement saying the core books only were getting a remastered edition.

When is your nephew joining us?

Also there is the preview button to see what it looks like before submitting and then you can adjust it as needed first.

I like this.....you can count me as interested.

Mine is done. Will have it typed up and posted tonight. I haven't done this in a while so bear with me. I haven't seen the other characters do this so I'm asking. Is it assumed we gave the typical adventure gear/equipment? Or do we list out what we feel is needed and subtract from gold? Or depending on scenario will we gear up in the storyline sometime?

4d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 5, 1) = 11 - 1 = 10
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 6, 5) = 15 - 1 = 14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 3, 2) = 10 - 1 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 2) = 10 - 1 = 9
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 6, 1) = 16 - 1 = 15
4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 3, 2) = 16 - 2 = 14

I will reroll my character stats then. I used actual dice at home, I wasn't aware of this method. I will reroll and update my character alias.

Are we supposed to do our rolls like that? If so are you guys taking out your lowest number or taking the total as it displays? I think we are supposed to discard the lowest number and that automatic dice roll calculator thing doesn't look to take that into account.

So I'm a tad confused.

I don't have it completed yet, but I am putting together a Halfing Rogue.

Thank you that does help. This is Matt Huffman 46, I changed my display name.

I would be interested in this. I also am new to Pathfinder and PbP as well. My only real experience was with a game called Rifts about 15 years ago. I have played PC D&D based games and have read some RPG books and am familiar with how the games are played.

I am flexible with the class of character I would play, however I do have an interest in playing a Rogue, Ranger, or Fighter, but again I am flexible and will fill whatever roll may be needed.

I would have a character up and ready to go, but I'm not exactly sure how to do that. I haven't been able to figure out how people get character builds up on this site.

I will work on figuring that out and look forward to hearing from you. Oh and I am able to post at least once a day. I assume I can setup an email notification if our thread gets a post and thus with my phone, table, or computer I will be able to respond in short order and from almost anywhere.
