How will the open PFS events work that only have 6 slots, but cover a large range of levels?

For example:
Friday 12-5 PM The Dalsine Affair
Maximum 6 attendees
Level 1-7 characters

I am assuming this sign-up is for one table of 6 players with 1 GM. Don't all 6 players need to have similar tiered characters?

I did not think a 1st level character could play up two tiers with 6th level characters, for instance, if that is who shows up for these 6 slots.

I just got my soon to ship e-mail. Looks like it includes Prince of Wolves which is scheduled for July. Did this book arrive at Paizo early, or is something goofy with my order?

I don't think I have seen when v2.2 of the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play will be released. Maybe a firm date is not known yet.

Does Paizo anticipate v2.2 being released before PaizoCon 2010?

I am located about 2 hours from Paizo, so my shipments usually arrive the next day after shipping. Two days max. My monthly subscription order 1335155 shipped one week ago (1/21) and has not arrived. I am guessing this was either lost or it did not actually ship.

Can you check in on this one? Would this order have shipped in a box or one of your cardboard envelopes?

Was it really just two years ago that Paizo released DO Hollow's Last Hope for Free RPG Day 2007? I believe that launched the product line. My how time flies! I still remember running down to my FLGS to secure a copy and running home to read it from cover to cover. Wow!

I had a lot of fun playing Yibs the Gnome rogue in it. Now if only I could have rolled to hit something with my crossbow, I might have helped the party avoid a little damage! Thank Shelyn for the lucky sneak attacks. Glad we survived.

I had to suspend all my subscriptions a while back due to economic reasons. Seeing all the great stuff I missed at Paizocon made me realize I will find other cutbacks in my life. This stuff is just too cool to miss!

How do I get signed back up again? If possible, I would like to start off with all the stuff I missed. Am I still able to get the pdfs for those products too? Not sure how reinstatement works...

Events start at noon on Friday. What time does PaizoCon sign in start?

Currently I only have one PFS character. I started at 1st level and have only progressed to 2nd level.

What should I do to get ready for playing in several PFS sessions at PaizoCon? Can I only make new 1st level characters that have to "earn" their way up by playing, or can I jump in and make, for example, a new 5th level character?

I am signed up for #23 (tiers 1-5) and #24 (tiers 1 to 7).

What pdf product lines are no longer going to be available for legal purchase after today? In other words, what do I need to order quickly?

I know about Goodman Games DCC 3.5 line.

Does anyone know about some others:

Necromancer stuff? (Barakus, Larin Karr, Abysthor, Sword & Sorcery line, Tome of Horrors I, Ir, II, III?)

Expeditious Retreat 1 on 1 Adventures?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Maybe the Paizo folks have been told to quit selling certain pdfs after today...? If so, do tell.

I have my sidecart full of DCC pdfs and I noticed there is sales tax added. (I am a Washington State resident if that makes a difference.) Is this new? I think it is the first time I have seen sales tax added on pdfs.

Can you delete my old credit card from the system? The expiration date has been updated from 9/09 to 10/09, but my subscriptions keep trying to bill the old 9/09 card. I cannot seem to delete it from my account.

It does not look like my Pathfinder Advantage discount was applied to this order. The discount normally just shows up in my cart. Is there a way to catch that before it ships?

I have recently heard interesing and good comments about this module. Does the "rotating dungeon map" work with the pdf option or only the print version?

Since character creation and ability score generation are not part of the OGL, how will PRPG handle these essential items?

Is there a way to stay close to what we are all used to without infringing on WotC's IP? How have other game systems handled this?

I have not seen a thread on basic character creation (rolling for your 6 ability scores).

Since that does not appear in the SRD as far as I know, how will the PRPG handle this?

Does anyone know if there is a list of all the WotC 3.5 edition D&D books? (I could not find such a list on Wizards site - but maybe I overlooked it.)

Maybe there is a fan created list some where out there...?

Please note: I am NOT looking for a discussion of 3.5 vs 4e with this thread.

I myself want to read the new books before deciding what I think about the new version.

So regardless of if you plan to switch to 4e, plan to stay with 3.5, or are still on the fence, I am just curious if you have gone ahead and preordered the PHB, DMG or MM.

I have gone ahead and pre-ordered all 3.

With my Green Ronin discount (thank you Paizo!) I purchased Arkham Horror, the Dunwich Horror expansion, and the King in Yellow expansion.

After receiving the games, all I can say is WOW! There is a lot of stuff to learn. Looks like a lot of fun, but Holy cow there are a lot of parts. I plan to set the two expansions aside for now and just focus on Arkham.

Who else is playing this game? How long did it take you to learn the rules? I am thinking after a couple games it will make much more sense than I get from a quick read thru the rulebook. Any tips for a newcomer?

Has anyone read any of the Pendragon books (Green Knight Publishing)? Paizo still has them on sale for $1 each, and for that price you can't go too far wrong. If you have already read any of the 13 books, do you have any favorites?

I noticed the Pendragon books (Green Knight Publishing) are still on clearance. I passed on these during the big Green Ronin sale, but am now looking at them again. Does anyone have any comments on any of these books? Any specific ones you would highly recommend?

I got an email that says order #854158 (for J2) will ship, but it does not mention Pathfinder #5. I am subscribed to both GM and PF, with monthly shipping. Please check to see what caused PF#5 to be left out of my order.

Wait - I just found out there is a huge multinational money grab conspiracy happening soon! Year 2007 has been working just fine for me. Now I hear that version 2008 is coming out and I will have to buy all new calendars and organizers. Don't they realize how angry that will make some people. Why can't we just keep 2007 and add a few house rules? I guess I will just stick with 2007 as long as I can. I have not even seen 2008 yet, but I can only speculate that it will render all my 2007 info useless.

Order placed on 11/14 - Still pending...?

Can you give me a rough idea of when this order might ship? I've been told "as soon as possible" about a week ago. Is everything now in Paizo's warehouse, or are you still waiting for any items to arrive at Paizo?

Several items were cancelled and/or moved to other orders, so I thought it was all set to ship earlier this week. Probably just working its way to the top of your backlog, but it was also one of the first orders to be placed when the sale started.

Just excited to get this stuff "as soon as possible".

In the Pacific northwest there is a tv show called "Evening Magazine" that features area people, places, and things. Last night they had a feature on the guy who designed Vic and Lisa's Star Wars home theater. It was cool to see our Paizoian's Vic and Lisa. Now if I can just them to adopt me...:-)
