Okay so not to sound like the pain in the ass children on a long car ride but "Are we there yet?". I pre-ordered the RotR 3 series (funny how the initials are the same as the first.

So is the players guide going to be released? I know there is not much in it but I would love to give it to my group to start reading. Second question is for James J, I keep hearing hints this is the last AP. Is that mean for the original PF rule set or ever? I can't imagine it is the last AP forever, that would be foolish to not supply new content.

Anyway I am SOOO hyped and looking forward to running this campaign. Thanks for making this a reality.

So I am running a Dhamphir Cleric Undead Lord and was curious about the trait Cleric: Add +1 to the caster level of any channeling feat used to affect undead.
With the selective channel does that mean I would get additional targets to exclude since it is a feat that potential effects undead through channeling. I am really attempting to wrap my head around the usefulness of this trait since there really seems to be no channel feats that use caster level. Is there any RAI or clarification on what this trait can be used for? Can I actually control more undead HD since my Control Undead is a channel based ability that is a feat and effects undead? I would think so.

Can someone please clarify the actual mechanics of how Mythic Ability Rapid Preparation works? From the description it says I can literally rememorize all my spells in 15 minutes. Does that require rest? Before? After? How much? How long. We are in the middle of storming a keep currently and I expended a good deal of spells wiping out the initial defenses. Is it possible to duck into a secure room and get my entire spell complement back in 15 mins? If so that would be awesome.
I know I won't get my mythic points back because you need a full rest for that but the spells it really doesn't clarify. Anyone know the actual rules on this?

In short boys and girls Mage armor is really useful if
1. You are wearing leather or studded leather
2. Not wearing any armor (monks with mage spells for the win)
3. Are getting attacked by a group of incorporeal creatures
4. Wake up during sleep without your armor on.

Other than that well. No. It does not STACK. :)

So wait. If I am wearing a set of +5 Plate mail of speed with bracers of protection +3 and then cast a Mage armor plus Shield on me I don't get the bonuses from all these sources? Darn. Can you explain this again? Why not? :)

Okay so I got into a disagreement about invisibility with a game I am running. How does hitting an invisible target with a tanglefoot bag effect it? Does it become partially visible? What other external actions can be taken by player to detect invisible creatures other than the obvious magic spells? Does scent allow them to find the creature? I read in the PG that it only requires a 10 survival roll to detect and track a scent. Seems a little too easy for an invisible creature to be detected. Can I get some clarification. There seems to be not errata from Paizo on the subject. I even saw someone had this insane idea about flour.

Thanks for the replies, no this is not a PFS character. Home game.
But I rethought the concept of my character and am just going to go straight 8 ranger. I can still take the mounted feats and I am going to go the Ride by/Fly By attack tree and joust from the flying mount. Figuring about 8d6 + 120 ish on a charge when I am done.

Ranger: Hippogriff Rider Archetype (Sable Company Marine) 4 Levels
Cavalier: Order of the Sword 4 Levels

The Cavalier could use the hippogriff as his Cavalier mount according to Hero Lab because it is his companion already. This was mainly taken to be aerial ranged support with a bow. +19 to hit challenged foes from up to 220 ft away with compound long bow.
Any thoughts? Why would this not work? I had one fellow DM that said that the Beast Rider archetype prohibits flying mounts so no Cavalier should get them. The book says nothing about if you have a bonded mount already from another class and why that could not be used instead.

Well I am guess I am not really applying the cavalier levels for the mount anyway. I took the HorseLord feat to compensate for that and all I want the cavalier levels for is my riding and challenges. And since riding is not specific to a mount per say it works. Thanks for the input.

Currently I have a Cavalier Beast Rider that does 21d6+120 on a critical hit charge. Love this class. :) Take down the boss quick easy and messy.
