Lomo nods. "Yeah, Gaskar and I tried to tell 'em to take off, but they didn't listen!" Lomo exclaims. "I felt we were pretty clear about it."

Lomo slashes at the kobold with his claws.

Lomo drags the dead kobold boss over to the there kobolds and waves it around. He points at the miner-prisoners, then points at the dead kobold, and tosses the dead kobold to the ground.

"DON'T MESS WITH PEOPLE!" he says. He's pretty sure they don't know what he's saying, so he makes an angry face for good measure.

He points at the unconscious kobolds and then points at the jungle, trying to tell them to get out of here before he changes his mind.

Hissing, Lomo rushes over to the one on the stairs and slashes at him with his claws.

Lomo hisses and bares this claws, the rushes into the room and slashes the yellow kobold.

Lomo winces when Gaskar falls. "Uh... I don't think he's getting up... Pinesong?" He'll heal you he says.

As they travel, Lomo picks up one of the bone and feather fetishes, gives it a good look, and sticks it in his mouth. He chomps on it during the journey, until all that remains is the feather. He's picking the teeth with the feather's tip as they come upon the kobolds.

"Hey." he whispers to his companions. "You think we can trade them for the captives? Anyone got something to trade?"

Lomo looks around in his bags. "...I've got... money."

@Players: I'd like to step out and try to bribe them or something. It'll probably fail, but before I do, why don't the others sneak around to be near the captives in the jungle. If Lomo's bribery fails he'll be a big distraction and hopefully everyone else can get to the captives easier. Thoughts?

Lomo stares wide-eyed at the krenshar. "Wow! You sure can wield that katana!"

"Hey, did you guys notice it cross the bridge weirdly? I wonder if its weak there. Let's follows its path, okay?"

Lomo approaches the bridge and eyes it warily.

Seeing the valuable medicinal ingredients, Lomo works to collect them while the others tend the dwarven woman.

Later, when the strange creature snarls at them, Lomo hisses and bares his claws. When it peels its face back, Lomo looks disgusted. "Ugh, disgusting! Put your face back on!"

Lomo inspects the monolithic stones before he heads down the valley.

"Okay, Pinesong! Let's do this!"

Lomo pulls out his sling and shoots a stone at this 'xtabay' flower.

Lomo tries his best, but he just can't match Gaskar's amazing trailblazing skills. "Nice job, guy."

Lomo nods and waves when Pinesong introduces him. "How long have you been in that shed?" He offers the dwarves his waterskin. "Thirtsy?"

"Hmm... Travelling by night does seem to be the best course of action." Lomo says. "I'm confident we can find our way. Pinsesong and I are decent trackers and navigators. I think we've got this."

Lomo thanks Pinesong for the hat and fan, then immediately begins to nibble on the fan -- it disappears quickly.

"Look, last month I befriended dragons, this month its kobolds. We've got this."

Lomo hisses and bares his fangs like a feral rat. His claws grow and he strikes a threatening pose, then he claws at the air mercilessly.

Lomo nods. "I'm Lomo. And we're here to help. We've got this."

Survival to AID: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 (D'oh!)

"Yup, we'll help with the... whatever they were again..."

Lomo lets go of the stick in his mouth, holding it with his teeth, and gives the newcomers a wave. The stick travels from one side of his mouth to the other as he chews on it.

At mention of the riches, Lomo loses focus. The stick falls from his mouth and he continues to chew at nothing. His eyes twinkle and his fingers twitch. He spends the next while lost in daydreams about gold, diamonds, and other wealth...

"Sure does sound like trouble," Lomo remarks. "What else can you tell us about this Praetor and Fort Bandu?"

Lomo is a rough looking ratfolk with thick gray fur, bright beady eyes, and soft ears. His cheeks bulge out, as if filled with something, and he nibbles on the end of a fancy looking stick. His long hairless tail is crooked from a magical mishap suffered long ago.

Lomo greets his friends, "Hey folks!" He pats Cutie Pie and Roadkill. "Let's see, what do I have for you?" He sifts around in his cheeks and pulls out some rations, tossing part to the pig and part to the squirrel. "There you go. Chow down."

Then he takes a seat and picks his teeth with a long stick -- a spent magic wand.

Lomo creaks open the door and peeks inside.

Before Lomo leaves her double checks VInius' chains and gag, making sure its secure.

Lomo sneaks along with Pinesong.

Yeah, I'm good with that plan. If it's clear at the back we'll go in that way, otherwise we can go to the front.

When Vinius mentions that he's chewing on the wand Lomo looks guilty and hides the wand behind his back.

Lomo helps manacle Vinius. Then he waves the wand around curiously.

Trying to blindly activate the wand so he can figure out what it does!

But it doesn't work. He puts it in his cheek pouch for later and heads over to the door. He presses his ears against the door and listens...

He's trying to hear approximately where the guard with the dogs are.

Lomo wiggles his fingers in excitement as he picks up the wand. He proceeds to chew on it as he listens to Vinius talk.

"Yeah! And why is Dulm doing this?"

Lomo gnashes his teeth at her. "I accept your surrender," he says with a scowl. "On the condition that you tell us everything AND tell the truth the Venture-Captain as well."

He waits to see if she accepts.

Lomo hisses at her, baring his teeth! He hops up onto the table and leaps across the room, jumping from table to table like they were stepping stones.

Lomo eyes the everburning torch and licks his lips.

He silently begins to open the door....
