Instead of flat out making the boss more powerful, give them side kicks.

1 boss gets 1 set of actions/rd. Giving them sidekicks gives you more actions and forces the group to spread out damage and actions.

Also, darts. You can throw 3/rd. They only do D3 damage (if I remember correctly) but with a high strength you can crank out a lot of damage in a round.

Technically, a butcher has the skills to take an animal from "the hoof" to sausage, ground meat and prime cuts.

I went out the other day and purchased all 5 Pawn boxes but now I'm in a dilemma. I have no idea how to store and organize them (besides size) so that I'm not spending forever looking for what I need.

I thought I did it wrong. Oh well, the party benefitted this time (their cleric didn't die) but it's something to remember for next time.

And my poor example was just something I came up with. I couldn't remember the cleric's exact stats.

It's probably someplace really obvious and I've missed it but I'm looking for a clarification on how Con damage works.

Say Bob the Fighter has 20 HP and take 9 points of damage leaving him with 11 HP remaining. Then he takes 18 points of Con damage dropping his max HP to 11. Now does he still have 11 HP or does he have 2 because he's taken 9 points of damage?
