Liberty's Edge

Thank you.

Liberty's Edge

Not wanting to let this sinner infront of her spend any more time unjudged Kyra sprints across the room.

I pray to Sarenrae that all these ranged attacks will keep my foe distracted.

Liberty's Edge

"May the sun shine light on your sins," shouts Kyra as she dashes forwards towards her new foe . As she runs Kyra looks at all the weird artifacts around the room.

If that music box can destroy an entire city we need to get to it fast. I pray we are fast enough.

Liberty's Edge

Kyra waits for the chaos to unfold before making her move as she can only catch glimpses of what is happening through the door.

Liberty's Edge

Burn away. I don't mind it one bit.

Liberty's Edge

Seeing the impressive fireball extinguish Kyra follows up behind her team weapon in hand.

Liberty's Edge

Roll your bops with my wand.

Liberty's Edge

"Sarenrae please remove the darkness from this room with your holy light," prays Kyra as she sees the once holy room has been desecrated.

If no one sees anything I'll follow in behind our armoured fellows.

Liberty's Edge

"That makes sense, the way ahead is lit enough for me," says Kyra after climbing down the rope. Kyra's holy symbol begins to shine like the sun at dawn.

Liberty's Edge

I have a full wand so I will have been using that all game. Restore any out of combat healing you've used and let me know how many charges I've used.

"May your path always be lit," prays Kyra as she makes her way round the group healing any wounds.

Liberty's Edge

Kyra ignores her bleeding wound and again slashes at the giant beetle. The speed of the beetle surprises her so Kyra only lands a glancing blow.

Scimitar +1 18-20: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 201d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Liberty's Edge

Kyra finishes her prayer and steps towards the remaining massive beetle scimitar in hand. With a well time burst of speed Kyra manages to get right up to the beetle. As the beetle jabs a leg at her Kyra replies with slash across the outstretched limb.

Scimitar +1 18-20: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 241d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Liberty's Edge

"Sarenrae cast your blessed light into this darkness."

Delay until something comes up or one of us goes down.

Liberty's Edge

Kyra adjusts her armour ready for the impending fight.

Liberty's Edge

How giant is giant?

Liberty's Edge

Searching the room: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24

While the party gathers Kyra searches the room.

Liberty's Edge

In an attempt to drown out some of the singing Kyra prays out loud to her goddess, “Serenrae bless the pyramid and remove this taint.”

Kyra follows Ruprecht with her shield and weapon out. She says a quick prayer to Sarenrae and then goes silent.

I wonder what this pyramid used to be?

Liberty's Edge

Kyra walks up behind Narika and Warpac while slinging her crossbow across her back.

What do I know about Tyruwat?

Kyra says a prayer to Sarenrae and looks over the holy symbols.

Liberty's Edge

Five foot step, reload, and shooting at the red one.

Light Crossbow with cover: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 - 4 = 141d8 ⇒ 4

Taking more time to aim Kyra takes a shot at the furthest howler as it appears to have taken more damage.

No one looks like they need Sarenrae's blessing just yet.

Liberty's Edge

Will: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (2) + 13 = 15

Kyra is unaffected by the howlers.

Liberty's Edge

Sorry my post weren't coming through and the site was down for ages for me.

Light Crossbow into combat and cover: 1d20 - 4 ⇒ (11) - 4 = 71d8 ⇒ 5

Who goes there!?

Not wanting to see what happens when you get too close to a howler Kyra takes careful aim at the closest beast and lets loose a single bolt.

Liberty's Edge

Kyra has a good look around and whispers a quick prayer to Sarenrae before readying herself to get off the boat.

Kyra nods her head to confirm she is ready to leave.

Liberty's Edge

"If there is a chance Zon-Kuthon is involved then I am ready. When can we leave?" says Kyra calmly.

Liberty's Edge

”Could you tell us more about Nangi? It'd be nice to know more about our contact," asked Kyra. After listening carefully to Tuukna Kyra follows up with a second question, "Which dark god is associated with the Song of Extinction?"

Kyra was one of the few survivors of a brutal raid on her hometown, and on the smoking ruins of her village she swore her life and sword arm to Sarenrae, the goddess of the sun, redemption, honesty, and healing. Possessed of a fierce will, pride in her faith, and skill with the scimitar, Kyra has traveled far since then. Where another might be consumed by anger and a thirst for revenge, she has instead found peace in the Dawnflower, and in the belief that if she can prevent even one death at evil hands, her own losses will not have been in vain. While she takes great pleasure in ridding the world of evildoers, she takes even greater pleasure in redeeming them.
