Blood Casting (Su) Zuriel can cast spells even while bloodraging. He can also cast these spells defensively and can make concentration checks for these spells while bloodraging.
Fated Bloodrager Zuriel gains a +1 luck bonus to AC and on saving throws. At 8th level and every 4 levels thereafter, this bonus increases by 1 (to a maximum of +5 at 20th level).

Background
Hailing from the port of Hiyosai in Minkai, Heihachi learned his skill at arms from his father, a warrior of some renown. When his elven mother returned home after being absent nearly his entire life, she attempted to teach her son her own skills and mastery of arcane knowledge. Though she sensed some latent power within Heihachi, it was not what she expected, and she left again, dissatisfied with the pace of his progress. Heihachi’s father blamed him for his mother’s second departure, sending him from home as well and stripping him of the family name, "Wakahisa", calling him a failure. So the young man adopted the Elven name his mother gave him, Zuriel, despite having had almost no contact with her, and keeping his given name as his surname to remind him of his past. He traveled the world, seeking to understand the strange power within him and to control the rage that was always at the outskirts of his consciousness. Who better to provide him this knowledge than the Pathfinder Society?
