About Kierna, the Quicksilver Blade

Human Traits:

Dual Talent: Kierna gains a +2 bonus to Dexterity and Intelligence.
Favored Class Bonus: Kierna gains 0.25 arcane pool points per level, for a total of 2 (rounded down from 2.25).

Traits:

Gifted Adept: When she was a sickly child, a lecture from a vizier of Kefnet on the nature of magic and self-improvement using the spell magic missile as a demonstration greatly influenced her, and she holds those lessons - and the techniques shown - near and dear to her heart. Kierna gains a +1 bonus to her caster level while casting magic missile.

Reactive: Until she threw herself into her training with everything she had, Kierna was weak and sickly, constantly picked on by other children. As such, she has a keen sense for danger and can spring into action to fight or run away quickly. Kierna has a +2 bonus to initiative.


Class Abilities:

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Kierna is proficient in simple weapons and the scimitar.

Canny Defense: Kierna adds her Intelligence modifier, up to her level, to her armor class as a dodge bonus while wearing light or no armor and not using a shield. When she is flatfooted or otherwise denied her Dexterity modifier to armor class, she also loses this bonus.

Weapon Focus: Kierna gains Weapon Focus as a bonus feat at first level.

Spell Combat: Kierna may, as a full round action, make all of her attacks with her weapon at a -2 penalty and cast any spell from the magus spell list with a casting time of 1 standard action. If casting this spell defensively, Kierna may take an additional penalty to her attack roll, up to -6, to add an equivalent amount to her concentration check as a circumstance bonus. If the check fails, the spell fails as normal, but Kierna keeps the penalty to her concentration check.

Spellstrike: Kierna may cast any spell with a range of "touch" through her weapon, gaining an extra attack at her highest base attack bonus. If the attack is successful, the attack deals damage as normal and also delivers the spell. If a critical hit is confirmed (using the weapon's crit range modified by any effects), the spell deals 2x damage while the weapon uses its own critical modifier. Spellstrike can be used in conjunction with spell combat.

Fighter Training: Kierna qualifies for feats as a 6th level fighter while she is wielding a scimitar.

Iajitsu: Kierna gains a +6 bonus to initiative rolls, can make attacks of opportunity while flat-footed, and can draw her scimitar as a free action when making an attack of opportunity.

Improved Spell Combat: Kierna gains a +2 bonus to concentration checks while in combat.

Critical Perfection: Kierna gains a +6 bonus to confirm critical hits while wielding a scimitar, and uses her magus level as her base attack bonus to qualify for Critical Focus and any feats for which it is a prerequisite, but these feats only apply while she is wielding a scimitar.

Magus Arcana:

Arcane Pool: 11
Enhanced Weapon: Kierna may spend 1 pool point to grant a +3 enhancement bonus to a weapon she's holding. This stacks with any other enhancement bonuses the weapon may have. She may also add the flaming, flaming burst, frost, icy burst, keen, shock, shocking burst, speed, or vorpal special properties, each of which consume an appropriate amount of bonus. This ability does not stack with itself. This ability can only be used on one weapon at a time. If it is used on another weapon, the first weapon automatically loses all associated bonuses. If anybody wields the weapon but Kierna, they do not gain any of these bonuses.

Arcane Accuracy: Kierna may spend 1 pool point and a swift action to add a +6 insight bonus to all attack rolls she makes until the end of the turn.

Perfect Strike: Kierna can spend 1 pool point whenever she deals damage with a scimitar to maximize her weapon's damage die. All other effects remain the same. In addition, when Kierna confirms a critical hit, she may spend 2 points to increase her critical multiplier by 1.

Wand Wielder: Kierna may use wands to activate spell combat and spellstrike.
