Vigilant Seal 1/5

While it’s not listed explicitly under basic undead benefits for a skeleton PC, it seems reasonable that a skeleton character wouldn’t need to breathe. Thus they could operate under water without a method of breathing water or an air supply, and wouldn’t suffocate or need to hold their breath if swallowed whole. Air born poisons could still be a problem if interpreted to be contact-based rather than inhaled. The undead benefits are pretty explicit about poison, simply granting a saving throw bonus.

I can see where not needing to breathe might be considered OP, but it is a rare ancestry only accessible via a rather expensive boon that can be purchased only once per player.

Is there any official ruling on this?

Command animal has the auditory trait. Animal form has the polymorph trait. Polymorph trait says you can’t speak while polymorphed. But does that mean you can’t make the noises necessary to command your AC? Especially if you use sounds an animal of the ACs type can make and are polymlrphed into that same animal?

Specific situation I have in mind:

AC is a mature leopard.
Druid uses untamed shape/animal shape to transform into a leopard.

In this case it’s a trade of one of the Druid’s actions for one of the ACs..

With a young AC it would mean the difference of no actions for the AC vs. the AC getting two actions in trade for one of the Druid’s.

As a GM, I’d totally allow it. But since RAW is vague (does auditory imply speech in this case?) I might expect some table variation. So I’m wondering if there’s an official ruling.

Like the title says. I don't see a trait on the pearly white spindle or anything in the description that explicitly says it does its healing by means of positive energy/vitality. However, the fact that the resonant power explicitly grants resistance 1 to negative damage might imply that. Seems RAW that the healing is not of a specific type, perhaps more akin to "soothe" than "heal", so it should work on a skeleton.

Is there an official ruling on this?

Is there any mechanism for custom items in PFS2? Can they be crafted by PCs? Purchased from the 'open market'? Is a there a boon for this?

Specific idea I have in mind: I have a halfling cleric character who uses a halfling sling staff. I'd like to add the same kind of abilities that normal magical staves can have. e.g. A halfling sling staff of healing. I can see that one might not be possible, because the ends are specifically described. But some staves do not have specific descriptions for the ends.

The Smite Evil (champion) feat reads:

If the foe attacks one of your allies, the duration extends to the end of that foe's next turn. If the foe continues to attack your allies each turn, the duration continues to extend.

Is the champion their own ally in this case? So, if the foe strikes the champion, does the duration extend?

I know it's currently an 80 AcP boon, but was there ever an option to create a Tengu ancestry character in PFS2 without a boon?

The Ancestral Linguistics Feat includes the following text:

"During your daily preparations, you can recede into old memories to become fluent in
one common language or one other language you have access to."

For PFS, what constitutes "access"? I'd think that members of the Society would have access to most uncommon languages, certainly all current regional Golarion languages, as well as some ancient ones. So an elf with this feat would be able to become fluent in any regional language of a region they are traveling to on a mission, for example. Is there an official stance on this, or can we expect table variation?
