If you still want to play with the group, get a new character made up. (I am assuming you aren't planning to try to resurrect Josnavaarin.) YOu may of course join us for The Wounded Wisp, which is planned for the next adventure, but will be a few XP's behind the others.

It is what it is and luck did not prevail. Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes it kills you. Thanks for the game.

Jos continues running full speed through the brush and then leaps the 10'river in a single bound. Once landing on the other side he heads straight for the minotaur.

acrobatics: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

Jos heads out across the open ground sword in hand to help Janira. He is moving as fast as possible until he is slowed down by the overgrowth.

"We moust get there fast to help"

Jos attacks the cube violently with his blade after its attempt failed to hit him. He however was too anxious and his blade is wild.

After everyone runs by Jos throws a chakram down the open hall and sidesteps to other corridor before he pulls out elven sword.

He turns to tell the others,

"It can then engulf him, if we don't do something FAST! I know they are immune to electricity, sleep, poison, sleep effects, paralysis, polymorph, and stunning. We can't flank it or critically hit it. Lastly, it is immune to blinding and mind-affecting attacks."

"Agreed Ruinor, get ready for whatever lies ahead."

Jos picks out his chakrams on the move.

I am trailing Orovan.

"Well seems I am a bit slow today. Look at these marks, I'll have to see an armorer soon."

Jos moves into the greater room from where the zombies started and notices the body. He points to it and turns to the others,

"Anyone?"

Josnavaarin you should use acrobatics to leave the threaten square so you don't provoke an Aoo.

This is true but I thought I would have killed him.. he has taken 17 pts of slashing damage from my blade.

Jos strikes at the zombie in front once more. He then gives way to Orovan as he rushes away to the other room wounded.

Jos once again caught in the front takes a swing with his sword and then tries to roll by the zombies.

Jos takes advantage of his previous acrobatic stance and strikes the white zombie with his elven curved blade.

After the swing he takes a spin in place and tries to bounce through the corridor past the other two zombies. His attempt fails as he was unable to navigate the narrow corridors.

Jos seeing the zombie says to himself before heading down the hall Here goes nothing . He takes off bouncing down the hall tumbling through the zombies position to get behind him all the while pulling out his elven curved blade to attack.

Jos moves up near Silverback as he waits for the others to accept the motivation to move on.

Confused that the man has not spoke Jos gives way to Orovan's exchange involving the cloak.

Jos continues walking toward the robbed man taking in the whole scene. As he walks forward he pulls out a chakram, keeping it low in is hand just in case.

"Sir, Hello Sir. Excuse me. Could you help me?" Jos calls out as he approaches.

What is your armor adjusted Acrobatics skill? Can't be wearing medium armor and still have a +10 score, right? It looks like it might be -3 for kikko armor, so you still make the jump....barely.

Jos seeing the plank pulls it down the path and over the hole for all to cross.

"Put all the items in a bag and we can distribute them later."

Jos eyes the hole backs up and then runs to jump over the hole.

Once on the other side he asks for someone to throw the rope up to fasten it so all can cross once fastened also on the opposite side.

Once upon the hole Jos stops and peers in for clues of its origin.

"My eyes can't adjust to this light. It is not like the caves I grew up in and around. Anyway maybe a few more minutes more and I will climb down."

Jos assesses the situation quickly and spots the cave. He runs ahead of Silverback toward the cave looking for signs of activity or danger ahead. In stride he pulls a chakram out with his dominant hand just in case.

"We will be safe in there. Follow me, , RUN!"

"Josnavaarin here, you can call me Jos. Hmm, to be a pathfinder. Well as I come from an isolated village in the colds of the North and spent most o my young life in like company I wanted more. I have talents I want to improve, skills I want to learn, and lands I want to explore."

Jos gets up and walks about restless or even anxious for more adventure but continues,
"As for my role, I am both a protector and support troop capable in a fight but also the one you want spelunking about in the dark of some forbidden tomb. I am fast and I know a thing or two that might get any group out of trouble."

Finished speaking he calmly goes back to rest upon a wall and listen to the others.

"Good day Master Shaine and Janira, It is good to finally feel accepted and I look forward to entering the caves with my companions. So we are to learn more of these gillman. Is there anything you can tell us about them at first such as the strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, etc?"

In a side conversation Jos tells his companions things he has learned in his training. He tells the others that he has learned that entire tribes of centaures, harpies, and minotaurs constantly vie for territory up and round the Mounts of Kortos in the center of the island, with harpies being the most common at high altitudes and centaurs controlling the lower slopes and foothills.

Jos walks over toward Oravan before turning back to and replying to Aarion.

"Let's give it back already so that we can become pathfinders and travel the world seeking adventure and glory. Oh wait! They don't do that do they; but, at least we can become famous among our friends. hahah "

Jos then comforts Oravan. "It will be fine. They will accept you at last and you can show them their mistake for not picking you/us earlier."

"I say we take it back and turn it in ourselves." Jos looks around at the others abefore continuing. "or maybe we let him tag along."

"Aarion, it has an owner and it is US." Jos laughs and watches from a safe distance as Silverback tinkers with the chest.

"Silverback, tie this rope around your body or the chest if you prefer before you kill yourself." Jos holding one end of a rope tosses a knotted rope over toward Silverback and the chest.

Shouting up at the point where the party should be after not seeing anyone on the outside of the building.

"Is it all clear?

Jos whispers to himself, "It figures I would run all the way outside to an empty courtyard. Well glad I moved off from the ledge it looks like it might collapse at any minute.

Jos moves away from the outside of the building in case it does collapse and heads back upstairs to check on the group.

Jos moves down the stairs climbing to the base and outside where he pulls his chakram out. Now looking for the Trog King so he can help bring him down once and for all.

With a high movement rate (35') Jos moved as far as he could last round to and down the stairs to get outside and continues that process.

Double move (70') last round and that same amount this round ('70). Giving we are on the 5th floor how much longer until I reach the floor and outside? Either way I will continue for now.

Jos realizing the futility of sitting here waiting for the wing to collapse and kill both his friends and the enemy heads down the stairs to the outside.

Thinking maybe it is possible to get a clear shot from outside the building or get in a position to provide aid to those hurt in a collapse.

I am good for any adventure after this.

Jos seeks to end this dangerous fight now but can do no more than jab at the creature. Continuing on he strikes out at the smelly creature and then retreats back to safety to devise another method of bringing down the creature.

Movement back behind the cracking floor 20'

"Beast, I will kill you and bring the tower down on top of you if you do not submit to us."

Staring at the Beast knowing he will not stop Jos strikes again. However, this time his swing is weak as he concentrates more on retaining his footing as the tower continues to collapse.

Unswayed by the shifting of stones Jos moves forward to strike the Trog with his elven blade just inside the door.

Jos studies his target (+1 Attack and Damage) and then moves forward with curved blade in hand readying for future combat.

Jos moves some 25' across the floor switching to his elven curve blade along the way thus dropping his second chakram. Jos swings the blade at the frog.

Jos pulls out a chakram for each hand ready to engage more of the smelly beasts.

"I can agree with Aarion. If we provide it directly to the society they will understand the source of its retrieval and we become the benefactor of its return."

"Well Well. It seems we have some options to consider given the story. In the meantime we have a performance to endure, I mean enjoy"

Whispers to himself "I should keep the gear, it looks like this guy has had it. Ah nevermind.

" Good job guys, fix him up. Maybe he can tell us his story."

Nice job Orovan. Now shall we split the plunder? Might I try on that leather armor? It really looks like it will be a good fit.
