Resist Cold 5 reduces that to 13. 63/97 HP remaining.

Caught up in the fury of her assault, the dancer merely snarls against the snap of the cold and continues her rampage, first bringing down a backswing against the skeletal creature, then lunging forward to grab the undead mage in her lupine jaws.

Second Quarterstaff Attack: 1d20 + 14 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (9) + 14 + 1 - 5 = 19
Bite attack: 1d20 + 14 - 5 ⇒ (10) + 14 - 5 = 19

Neither attack manages to land, however.

Snarling and still invisible thanks to the improved nature of the spell, the beast pursues, lunging at the skeleton with the wooden blade outstretched. She lashes out again, aiming for the bulk of the creature's body for a better crushing attack.

Move to stay adjacent then attack.
Attack: 1d20 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 14 + 1 = 31
Damage: 2d6 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (6, 1) + 7 + 1 = 15
If she only needs a 5-foot step to reach him then she'll finish her iterative attacks with another swing and a bite, but can't see the map from work.

Moved the last ten myself. Acrobatics: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (10) + 15 = 25 to avoid AoO.

Also additional trait definition for convenience - Plant Traits (lesser): +2 racial bonus to all saving throws against mind-affecting effects, paralysis, poison, polymorph, sleep effects, and stunning.

Yes please. Can't seem to measure movement in Roll20, or turn on the grid if there is one.

In that case Haste would have given her another 40 ft of movement.

... waves of brown fur ripple down from her hair as it bleeds into the darker hue, spreading across her skin down her face and chest, beneath her armor, sprouting on her arms and legs. Her skull distorts, visibly narrowing and extending into a long, sharp muzzle filled with fangs, eyes blazing to gold and ears twitching as they relocate and reshape into a more lupine form. From the neck down, the fur ceases its spread once her entire body is covered, but instead begins to harden and swell, changing from animal pelt to tough, pliable foliage. Her muscles twist and twine, flesh becoming bark and wood, green and red leaves sprouting at various points along her body and gold and violet flowers growing in her hair and down her back. Her fingers and feet gnarl and wrench, forming into powerful pawlike roots that clench onto the wooden sword, burrowing into the hilt and causing the long-dead weapon to suddenly bloom to life once more, sprouting leaves itself and emitting a dim golden glow.

With a feral howl, the hunter lunges at her newfound prey, weapon raised to shatter bones, jaws spread to crush limbs and throats.

Move action: Sheathe normal sword.
Free action: Enter masquerade + Deep Masquerade using mask Feral Verdancy. Gains Bite attack (1d4), lesser plant traits (I don't recall off the top of my head what these do, and can't get to the book from work, so will add later tonight to profile), and permanent shillelagh effect if using a wooden weapon; Deep Masquerade adds Earth Mastery (+1 attack and damage vs. landbound foes) and Magic Attacks (makes her Bite pierce DR/magic).
Move action: Move 40 ft. toward the Lich, drawing her quarterstaff as she goes.
