Is there any guidance on how the social talent Reknown works with PFS for vigilantes? I'm guessing, it looks like you just choose a town/neighborhood of a city and hope that someday there's a PFS scenario that goes to that town or that neighborhood, but if there's something that I'm missing, I'd be glad to know it.

I'm a half-orc and I have the feat Ferocious Resolve so I only become staggered (and bleeding out) when I drop below 0 hit points.
Jean wobbles as for the first time, his orc heritage seems to pay off. He steps to the side to set up a flank for the talkative human. Still, he had been hit several times by this tenacious goblin woman and he still hadn't taken a slice from her.

As they stumble upon the decaying goblin, Jean takes out a hankerchief and covers his mouth. "The fact that every goblin we've seen has it makes me think that the bile's already out there being spread."
