Jacquelin downs [quite a bit of] mead and begins chatting with Aldern. In the meanwhile, Exterio makes short work of a large chunk of boar.

"What a great hunt!" Jacquelin (and Exterio) can both smell cooking boar meat. "I- We can't wait to have some."
"More would be nice... Exterio doesn't get fresh meat too often."
"Let's finish him, Exterio!" Exterio and Jacquelin both swing for game, so to speak, with their claws and morningstar, respectively.
"Watch your language, Exterio!" Jacquelin says as both of them miss horribly.
Jacquelin casts Magic Fang on Exterio, and Exterio goes for the bite.
"Nonsense! Pigs are deaf, just like bats. Or are bats the ones that can't smell? There's something bats can't do, I'm sure."
Exterio makes a noise somewhere between laughter and choking. Jacquelin takes no notice of the punderstorm around her. "Why yes, I was wondering the same thing."
"I- Er, Exterio doesn't get what you're saying. Perhaps you could explain it as you would to a... big cat."
Jacquelin shares a confused look with Exterio. "What is there to notice?"
"I don't follow..."
"I wouldn't mind my share of riches..." Jacquelin muses.
Jacquelin laughs softly. "Or do you perhaps have a hoard of treasure?"
"I'm confused. How would a dragon..." Jacquelin thinks about it and then falls silent once more.
"I was nearby and heard there was a festival. I wasn't exactly expecting all of this, but, I suppose that's how things go sometime..."
"Hunting? I-I guess Exterio wouldn't mind some bigger game..." Jacquelin mutters. Exterio seems a bit more happy than Jacquelin does about it.
Jacquelin, after making sure she looks presentable enough, slowly finds her way downstairs with Exterio in tow. "Good morning!" She says to the various Jacks that are already downstairs.
Jacquelin pats Exterio's head as he cleans the goblin off of his claws. "I'm sure he was just shaken from the fight."
Jacquelin gives a warm smile. "It was my-" She briefly looks to Exterio. "-our pleasure."
Jacquelin stares Goblindum down just before striking. "This is why you wear a belt!" She yells.
Exterio makes an audible laugh at Jacquelin's miss, and moves in to finish the Goblin.
Now they both just feel like idiots.
Jacquelin takes heed of what Saltjack says. "Exterio! Don't make contact with the dog! Kill something else!" And swings at the dog with her morningstar.
...And misses. Exterio then rushes to Goblindee and attempts to forcibly remove his pants... As well as the rest of his lower half.
Exterio goes right for the Goblin Commando, putting him into a meowntain of pain.
Jacquelin casts Magic Fang on Exterio. "Show them why you're better than a dog!"
Exterio takes advantage of the surprise to run in and get close to the Goblin Commando.
Exterio hisses ever-so-slightly at the mention of a dog, but follows Jacquelin as she runs towards the noise along with John.
Exterio attempts to give Goblin Δ a lengthy introduction to his claws.
Exterio swears in cat-eidolon language as his claws miss Goblin Δ.
"Thank you for the assistance!" Jacquelin says to Jackie, and quickly moves to take down Goblin β.
Unfortunately she misses.
Jacquelin jumps towards the final goblin and swings for him.
Exterio bounds towards the goblin that threw the salmon and goes for a bite.
"Who were those two scary looking fellows? My, my, they looked like pirates!" Jacquelin is too distracted by the scary pirates to notice the goblins. That is, until everyone else had already noticed them. "Goblins too? Oh dear... Exterio!" Exterio quickly jumps up, growling.
Jacquelin looks with amusement at the children (and perhaps one specific adult) flailing at the butterflies. "Sure is beautiful."
Jacquelin sits near the bard, listening to the music and stories he tells.
