About Isikhulu

Desperate to find a cure for the curse affecting his sister, Kashkura, Isikhulu turned to the stars, as Iruxi so often do. He learned every divination and astrological ritual he could find, desperately seeking answers from the vast and distant night sky. Desperate, his efforts led him to stranger and more esoteric attempts, all seemingly falling on an uncaring void until, suddenly, an answer. A brief, thunderous, incomprehensible answer that knocked him from the tree he had climbed, knocking him out. The following morning he was awakened by the sensation of a wasp, crawling along his nose. Before he could swat it away, it stung him and his mind was filled with a grand vision, his consciousness soaring through a vast empty cosmos, flanked by massive and silent black wings. He awoke with a start, determined to decipher the meaning of his dream, setting out the following week with his sister for the coast, for a ship sailing North. To Absalom.
