Customer service has given our warehouse team the green-light to begin shipping.

And those of us still waiting coming up on six weeks for word on our July subscriptions? At some point will we hear *any* response to emails sent to customer service?

Still waiting to hear anything about my July subscription that never was sent out. Ticket ID is 164095. Complete radio silence since Aug 2nd when I emailed customer service.

Like others, I've now emailed customer service. No reply 24 hours later.

I know things are busy. It does not take an extraordinary amount of time to address this. The silence is becoming deafening.

I really wish we could get a response of any sort about this. No matter if it's "OMG, we'll get this fixed immediately" or "We just ask everyone to be patient until we wrap up Gen Con", at least we all wouldn't be wondering if anyone is even aware there is an issue.

Looking for 2-3 reasonably sane folks to join a regular (once every 3-4 weeks) weekend game. The ideal is Pathfinder 2E, CoC 7E a very near silver medal. The bronze is any of a dozen other games sitting fallow across from me, and dozens more packed that are easily taken out. We just want to get a good game going ("we" being myself and someone I work with; we're both teachers, so gaming during the week isn't feasible from September to June).

Please be willing to make the trip up here to the Shire (I'm conveniently near both the 1 and 4 trains). Also, to save everyone time, there's no place at my gaming table if your sociopolitical views fall in the red end of the spectrum.

There's no need to be sorry. You all have done amazing work in impossible times. This book is a masterpiece.

It's reassuring to know other people are still waiting. I'm sure customer service is doing their level best in mad times. Being a subscriber since Pathfinder #1 and years of Dragon magazine before that, there's never been a moment when I've had reason to believe Paizo's customer service wasn't the cat's meow.

Well, in the case of your Desna example the starknife is a better weapon than any of the equivalent basic weapons in terms of damage.

If your class isn't normally proficient with anything but basic weapons...giving it to them for free is giving them free damage.

No, I wouldn't do it at all.

But... a level 1 tactical starknife does 1d4 damage. A level 0 club from the basic melee weapons does 1d6. And the level 1 tactical spear from the basic melee list does 1d6, and has the block feature over the features of a starknife.

Even if the favored weapon was, say, a longsword, doing 1d8 damage, even in the unlikely chance that someone builds an envoy, mechanic, mystic, operative, or technomancer priest and decides to dump points into Strength for a bonus to hit rather than a more important ability score for the class, they're still going to have lesser BAB to deal with. So I guess I'm still not seeing the "bunch of free stuff" being given away for free.

Besides, I really was hoping to get some insight into what folks thought would be the favored weapons of the new deities, not debate crunch stuff.

The class background tables (1-32 to 1-49) have helped a number of players I've worked with flesh out background when they weren't certain of the direction they should go with. With all of the new classes that have come out since Ultimate Campaign was released, is there any chance we might see similar tables for those classes not represented here?

I remember Aberzombie when he was but a wee undead lad, fumbling his way through nocturnal ambushes and confusing feet for brains. And look at him now- an Aberzombie for all of us. You have my vote, Aberzombie; you're the best (undead) around. ;)

It's not that much of a problem when cantrips like acid splash can be used at will.

Better hope there's a wizard around then. Or that the wizard can get that spell off without his concentration being broken. Or that there isn't more than one regenerating creature around. Or that a lone regenerating creature isn't with an ally who can keep that spellcaster busy. See how easily this isn't "nerfed"?
