I didn't see any knives or blood stains so it seems to be peaceful worship. They also have a very nice miniature city that has some kind of power. They may allow closer examination of it if we ask nice. There were also wall painting but we could only make out a few of them."

Tbh I think you probably bit off more then you can chew. Not a reflection of your skill as a GM, Just the sheer volume of player posts you need to read and pay attention to. Combat can change based on the players actions so no matter how well you prepped each combat will be a separate thing.
I think you were managing fine so far though.

Putting the mechanics in the spoilers I feel makes things a bit harder because players act based on what they know. It forces the players to either read all of the spoilers or to possibly duplicate an action. With more experience with the system and judging what to put where that might get better.

I didn't notice the arrows but the combats were pretty simple so I wasn't confused about locations.

Thanks for the attempt Granta. I suspect if you tried something similar but on a smaller scale it would go very well.

The animals will take their attacks of opportunity. Loni will use the CL 3 wand to heal Kranzer while ordering Drootina to attack red. The dog will move and attack red.

Since Loni is super busy organizing a local Con I'll go ahead and bot him.

Loni finishes (his?) summon. He will heal Trishka and have Drootina attack.

So we have all played this before. The rites were interesting the first time I played though it took a long time to figure them out. And none of us used any of the boons.

Thoughts on investigating the shrine vs skipping it?

I once played this with someone new to PFS, We let her make the choices. Her first big choice was to attack the Minotaur outside, Thanks to major cheese we won easily. In this room her rogue decided it would be a good idea to sneak up on this guy and hit him with her sap. I learned new things about this adventure during that session.

Not seeing a handy wooden beam overhead to swing across with his whip Huratas takes the easy route.

Huratas activates one of the sunrods. Not knowing what dangers lurk in these caves he'll have the sunrod in one hand and his whop in the other. Unless someone else wants to hold it.

Dividing up the pack can be a pain. Although the first time I played this we didn't think to check her backpack and the GM didn't mention it.

Minor update. The character I plan to play for the other 2 scenarios will be a reach Fighter.
I have played Confirmation a few times before. Have any of us not played it? There are streamline options for if all players have played it before.

May as well provide a bit of info.
Huratas is a cleric of Calistria with high dex and the Weapon Finesse feat. In combat he can use Bit o' Luck on an ally, Touch of Chaos on an enemy, Cast Bless, Or try to trip an enemy with his whip.
Harder to do when you are small. Though my domain spell is True Strike for those times when I really want the trip to happen.

Are we doing Confirmation first? Because Huratas has 2xp and has played In Service to Lore so I plan to play him for one of the scenarios then switch to a Fighter (Archer) for the other 2.
