Catfolk, drow, hobgoblins, kobolds, orcs and ratfolk are all currently illegal? Is there a particular reason? Are they being rebalanced? Are any of these confirmed as illegal longterm or scheduled to become legal again at a particular time?
It seems odd to ban all of these races.

I'm using Lisa McConnell's interactive custom character sheet, and there are tese five columns together: class, lvl, hd, skills, and location. The first three are self-explanatory, and I'm pretty sure the skills column is asking for the formula for determining the number of skill points you'll receive when leveling up as that class (rather than the actual number you'll get as that class, which might change based on int), but what does location mean in this context?
Also, since I mentioned it, what else would affect skill points per level? Temporary intelligence buffs from spells, highly doubtful. But what about a magic item such as an amulet that the character never takes off? This would be a permanent bonus for some intents and purposes. Would it increase skill points at level up (if it increases the int mod, of course)? A somewhat dumb question, I know, as I'm sure its answered in a not-too-obscure location, but hopefully I won't get yelled at.
Also, while we're at it, part of this section of the character sheet has spaces for level adjustment, total level, and next level. Next level is literally the remaining xp to be earned before leveling up? Seems unnecessary. And total level is ... total character levels? And, somewhat semantically, if your effective character level is above your total number of class levels, would you put this as a negative number or a positive one? This might seem like a no-brainer to you, but there are arguments for both possibilities.
