I'm not sure how many times we need to remind the authors of these scenarios, but they are supposed to fit within a four hour time slot. That in turn means not introducing a slew of new mechanics in the same scenario (4 at my count). It drastically slows down play time, and one in this scenario in particular seems designed to encourage PvP. Play this in a convention with at least 5 hours, and only with mature players.
