I just underwent further eye surgery and will not be able to make large posts, or may be slow in posting (I can only use my ipad). So please either bot me, or I will try to post. I am also move to a new job in a few weeks, so that is playing merry havoc with things here as well. Moving far north into the Northwest Territories. Should have internet on arrival. Thanks ans sorry for the delays
HepCat reiterates the "No Eating" rule for his van, before helping himself to a bottle of whiskey as the group begins to file out to the vehicle. He sends the command to start the vehicle up and remotely drives it to the front door.
HepCat, unrolling his pouch of tobacco and pipe from the sleeve of his tee shirt, fills the bowl and lights up. A rich smell of pipe smoke soon fills the room. "Sound crazy Roy. I can cover you from the street with Lucile. Also she has come stealth modifications, and a big gun! Her sensors are not too bad as well. If needed I can send up Elvis to watch from sky-high. Dig it!"
It was just off the base model....nothing crazy.. I sent you the specs with my character file and you did not say anything, so I thought I was fine....It is a base Bulldog stepvan. If you check my file it should have all the info there....here is a list of the modifications addad...if they are not legal, then I will remove them.
Bulldog extras: Anti-Theft System [6]
GM:
While all this is going on, HepCat activates his Remote Control Rig and send out a signal to the Bulldog to start up and drive up to the front of the restaurant. It will then power down, re-engage security and arm the auto cannon in the pop up turret.
HepCat lets his chair fall forward with a bang. "Well now, I am new to all this as well, but is it not normal for the Johnson to protect his...errr...her investment? Just wondering, or is that part of the trid crap you were talking about. Oh, and I would be careful who you call a dirtbag Clyde."
HepCat looks a little deflated at the mention of Travolta. "Hey baby, chill on the Travolta. He was ...uggh....disco. Me, I am a follower of the only true music, Rockabilly! Hey Clyde, how 'bout a brew...unless you got some high octane back there somewhere!" He sits back, feet up on the table and chair tilted at a jaunty angle watching the rest of the crew.
HepCat spends a good part of the day getting ready for the meet later that night with "The Johnson". This being his first real action (not counting running shotgun a month or so ago with Wraith's friends), he wants to make a good impression.
"Come on Babies! We are off the line in 5. This is gonna be Boss!" Once at the restaurant, he lets Roy (and Wraith, if she wants) off at the door while he goes and park the van. He sets the security and heads into the building. He walks into the bar and wave a greeting at all who are there already.
Sounds good to me...HepCat like to have people around...if only to tell them how great it was in the USofA in the 1950's!!! Ok...making a vehicle is not that much fun..or is it easy!! Looks like I might not have too many drones, and maybe 1 vehicle...and a place to put it all...still playing around with the program and trying to get things in the right place....
Grey Owl come to his senses with a start. He is in a cool, dark room, but it takes some time for him to remember how he got there. "Ah yes, the desert!" He slowly sits up, letting the wave of weakness pass before trying to stand. All his gear was bundled up by his head, and he can hear noise coming from the doorway out of this room. The old man slowly gathers his things, checks his tomahawks and warclub and still on his belt, and then slowly moves towards the light. The first person he comes across startles him. It takes a moment for him to remember the fellows name..Montague! "Montague! What has happened? Where are we?" Grey Owl's appearance: The old Atruaghin man has long, grey hair held back by a leather strap, and very bushy eye brows. His beak-like nose stands out in a tanned and weathered face. His odd green eyes hold a deep wisdom, but his withered frame denotes a physically weak body. While as tough as old boot leather, the old man's strength left him long ago. He wears the leather armor of his tribe, studded with pieces of horn. A tomahawk sits at each hip, and a warclub is loosely gripped in his right hand while he holds a small wooden buckler in his left. The pack on his back seems to weigh him down, bending the otherwise tall man over.
extra HP: 2d3 + 1 ⇒ (1, 1) + 1 = 3 Ok..changing spell to Protection from Evil..it does seem more powerful!! Added Clerical abilities to my sheet, reformatted it and just need to add encumbrance. I think that is everything.....will post in game thread today, introducing and describing Grey Owl to the group. (or re-introducing as we already know each other..lol)
excellent..ok, first money...3d6 ⇒ (1, 4, 5) = 10x10= 100gp Ok..not too bad..will go shopping for basic items... As for spells, I think light will do...as I can swap it out for CLW, I think having a utility/attack spell will be most useful. I would prefer a spontaneous caster, as it feels to be a better fit for a Shaman character. Ok, will purchase equipment and update my sheet....that should be everything, I think?
LOL..very true..but I will still write something shot up for the other PC's to read so they know where I come from...nothing too elaborate I assure you! Is there someplace I can read about the Shaman...or is it just the cleric info?? Need to see spells, and special abilities that he would know. Also need stats on armor and weapons....oh, and what do I roll for starting money? Once that is done I shoul;d be ready to join the rest of the party! |
