A member of a Kellid family who fled Sarkoris south. They eventually ended up in Andoran where they purchased a small plot of land. Hekran was taught his magic by a wandering hedge wizard. As a member of the society, he's hoping to learn more about celestial culture, as his family has worshiped celestials since time immemorial.
