I hope I haven't missed something in errata or my attempts to search the forum, but there appears to be a discrepancy between the number of charges a new wand should hold.
BB GMG has the max charge at 10, while Core has it listed at 50. Is the difference intentional? The price difference for each version agrees with the BB wand being only 1/5th of "full" charge. Are the wands in the Sandpoint Hinterlands just not fully charged? Are the fellows at the Turandarok Academy selling shoddy wares? :)
Until somebody educates me, I assume the difference is intentional, to get wands into the hands of adventurers at a lower cost.
