Count me in too! Beazy, would you be willing to consider reporting this for Pathfinder Society credit? Even if we don't run it with PFS characters, we can get credit so long as you're willing to report it. I could help you with steps if you're willing to do it.

György is visibly relieved to see Ameiko's health return. "Praise Desna you're back Ameiko." He turns to Koya, "Much time has passed and an evil had taken root within those walls. I think we've purged it all and at the last, we found a hidden vault. Inside we were met by the shade of Ameiko's grandfather, Rokuro Kaijitsu. Before he faded forever, he commanded us to bring the Seal to Ameiko, that it was no longer safe under his guardianship. We came as quickly as we could."

"Yes. What now? Do you think it slides or swings open?"

"Pazuzu? Lovely. Perhaps our sparing her will start her on the path to redemption." After examining the kusarigama he adds, "How interesting. This weapon can be used to summon a giant wasp."
Take 20?

I'm thinking maybe Jean should just get all of his rounds in before the rest of us show up on the scene.

Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
György shakes his head sadly. "May peace find him one day. But today, it will have to be us." The cleric turns from the harpy and begins making his way toward the shouts.

Oops yes and too late to edit.

Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Caught up in the discussion with the winged creature, Gyorgy fails to notice Jean's departure. "Yeah, if that is Kikonu, we left him not too long ago. I have to agree with Jean. He isn't going to do you any harm and he certainly isn't going to follow you in his current state. Why don't you leave and find a better home."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

"What does this Kikonu look like?"

Gyorgy tilts his head at her, "What sort of help are you seeking?"

"That stick is a good idea Mukluk. I can't make anything of what she's trying to tell us beyond the fact that apparently she cannot speak."

Welcome back Corvus!

"Not a bad idea. Jean could probably figure out where there are still pockets and where things are clear quicker than the rest of us clanking around."

"Not a bad vantage point, but it doesn't look like anyone is out right now. Shall we try another door or make a lot of noise and see who comes out?"

Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
"He has perhaps gone mad, but there seem to be warnings in his ramblings. I say we start with the door at the far end of the hall to the west, then work our way around this floor."

"We have come to the castle seeking aid for a friend. As we said, we have been through the lower halls. What can you tell us of the castle above ground? Are there other inhabitants besides you and the troglodytes?"
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

György turns to Mukluk, "Have to admit, this is a new one. Do you think we've just pushed him over the edge? I think we need to try to talk to him though. Perhaps he can tell us more of the upper floors of the castle."

"He tried to fell us. If he was a god, he is no more. More likely he was a young one-of-those-who-wish-to-be-gods who lurk in the dark spaces between the stars before Desna and her allies root them out and send them on like all mortal creatures. Now lay down your arms before my more martial companions forget their manners." Sadly, György's attempt at diplomacy comes off more like a threat.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Once the trogs have been dealt with, György joins the pursuit of Jean and Kelda.
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Hearing the bird man brag about his master, György interjects "Too bad we already sent your master to the Boneyard to be judged by Pharasma. Perhaps you should consider Desna's faith and lay down your arms instead."

Heads up that I'm likely to have few if any updates until Tue Aug 19 or Wed Aug 20 due to
1. Important pitch this week
2. Losing several days to Gen Con (every slot is full)
3. Taking my oldest off to college
Always a chance I'll slip a post in here or there, but please GMPC me as needed to keep things moving.

Seeing Jean go dashing off, György shakes his head, "Jean remind you of anyone, Mukluk? Maybe that Shoanti scout we met on the Storval Plateau. That didn't turn out well either."

"Have to say the trogs aren't as cute, but they might be carrying less disease."

"No Kelda. Let's finish the troglodytes first. Then we can figure out how best to deal with him." György will continue to hold the back of the formation, knowing that the troglodytes circling the group could arrive at any moment.
Continues sermonic performance

György interrupts his praise of Desna to reply, "I can help hold them off then from back here."

Having stopped his sermon between waves of enemies, György begins anew wondering what manner of foe the new entrant represents.
Sermonic performance for +1 to attack and damage and getting ready with the longspear for AoOs though with the bottleneck we have set up for now, it isn't likely to come into play yet.

"All right, we hold our ground then." György moves a step behind Sir Gavin to take advantage of his spear's reach.

"We'd better hurry. Sounds like company is on the way. Should we take care of those other troglodytes before turning to the others?"

Ah, that's what happened!
"Nice teamwork. Did any of you see if there were more of them close by that we can reach before this noise brings them to us?"

...and György 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
György begins reciting the virtues of Desna, "More of the foul-smelling deep ones. Desna, like you guide us with the stars you have placed in the heavens for our navigation, steer our weapons accurately to dispatch these reptiles."
Inspire Courage: +1 to attack and damage for everyone in Round 1 except Treygan and Corvus. I'll pick the two of you up next round unless you delay.

György gets his longspear ready to help with the attack. Once Jean has his dagger off, he joins Mukluk and Sir Gavin on the attack.

Thinking either in this room or west door most likely, but I'm not sure either.

"Fascinating, I don't think I've seen the like of any of these before. Those bracers might be helpful for my style of battle. With my spear, I could reach even further."

Spear ready, György also joins the others.

"Carnivorous pay comics. I really should have paid more attention when we traveled with the smelly ratfolk druid with the broken tooth. I don't even remember hearing of a creature with a name like that. You sure we shouldn't look through this room a little more closely Jean?"

"Fungus. Mold. Doesn't smell or look like the air in there is too healthy. Do any of you know if it just looks and smells bad or is it actually dangerous." György cranes his neck to see if he can spot anything of note without entering the room.
Perception 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

"I seem to recall it smelling more like chicken than pork. Must have been dire corby."

György looks over the alchemist's fire. "You sure about these Mukluk? Don't you remember that alchemist who blew himself and his entire lab up outside Kaer Maga?"

"Not my type either Mukluk. Maybe we'll find someone back at the caravan that can make use of it. Let's keep moving. We've got birds to find."

"We should check that armory once you've finished with that morningstar Mukluk. We might find more to help us with things upstairs."

Good luck Treygan!

"What do you all think? We've probably learned as much as 'chief' here has to tell us? Do we go see if we can find this Kikonu?"

"Can you describe these powerful magics that he wields?"

György narrows his eyes, wary of being tricked by the troglodyte and asks, "Why don't you start by telling us of this bird whose orders you were working with."

Too close to stab the remaining troglodyte, Gyorgy continues the praises of Desna, while attempting to tumble past and help guard the door.
Acrobatics 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13
Not sure that's going to be good enough.

"That was quick. Jean, can you see if they are truly retreating or going for help?" György shakes the blood off his spear and stares down the remaining troglodyte, then takes a stab at the creature.

György grins, "Thanks Mukluk. Feeling stronger already! clear out Jean and I might be able to deal with them as they come to us!" The evangelist calls out, "Desna, lend our hearts and arms strength to fight against these foul reptiles."
György will delay till after Jean in the hopes of stepping into that square.
Standard Action: Inspire Courage: +1 attack and damage for Gavin this round and everyone else starting Round 2.

"I've found nothing that the rest of you haven't already. Let's see what's behind the door." György readies a spear for anyone revealed by Jean.

"Welcome Kelda and may Desna bless you in your travels with us, be they long or brief. Have you healed or do you require assistance before we continue?"

György puts his spear down and lends his strength to Mukluk's struggle with the ogre. He smiles as he helps to flip the beast over, "Remember Desna's lesson Mukluk. We should always learn from what is different. You see any keys yet?"

Surprise Round
György stands his ground, but in a strong voice calls out "Foul beast, leave this woman alone or face the shining light of Desna. Like the stars cutting through the blackest night, Desna will strengthen our hearts and arms and beat you back to the hell from which you come!"
Standard Action: Sermonic Performance to Inspire Courage. 7/11 rounds remain.

Round 1
With everyone advancing to battle and no sign of the ogre abandoning its post, György advances spear in hands, "Very well creature, may the Song of the Sphere light my spear and guide it through your dark heart." Keeping his distance from the ogre's lengthy arms, György stabs at the ogre with his spear, aiming for its midsection.
