Yes, I think I calculated it correctly but please doublecheck. The Griffon is large, so he has to squeeze three times to get through the doorway. But with 40' fly speed and doublemoving, by my count he still had 5' of movement remaining when he caught up with her.

Ok, Griff will just stay outside while Mr. P continues to fiddle with his wand of see invisibility...

Btw, I have apparently been misreading the Multiattack ability that AnC's get. I thought that it meant that you got an extra attack (at -5) if you didn't have 3 separate types of natural attacks; but I've just read a thread on the boards that seems to indicate that it's actually only if you don't have 3 or more natural attacks total, which means that Griff wouldn't qualify. Sorry about any extra hurt I have wrongly caused your monsters as a result...

Neither Mr. P nor Griff have any ability to do negative energy damage, etc.

How high are the ceilings? Griff and Mr. will fly just beneath the ceilings.

Griff listens to the story of the birds and the cats with grave interest. Though he does not speak, he appears to understand everything. With his own body being part lion and part eagle, he seems to recognize that the hermit's tale is likely a metaphor for the unending struggle that takes place within each of us, as we strive to reconcile our diverse impulses and identities. When the tale is complete, he stretches in a very cat-like way, and then begins to groom his feathers.

Just noting that Griff has scent, so if the devil is within 30' he should be aware of its presence, though he'll still need to use a move action to determine the direction.

Also, just for clarification, the giant is out of the battle (at least for now)? His icon is still on the map so just want to be sure.

Lastly, for clarification, what size was the devil? It was a bit hard to tell how many squares its icon occupied back when we could still see it.

Double move (total movement allowance of 80'). I don't believe that this provokes from Red, Blue, or Yellow because they were all flat-footed when Proudefeets' turn came up (though Yellow has since moved), but if I'm wrong about this due to Combat Reflexes or some other shenanigans then this movement would provoke from all three of them (assuming that Red has 10' reach). Also, if it's necessary to get through the hole in the wall, Griff has the Narrow Frame feat.

The Griffon has ample carrying capacity in his saddlebags. Unless someone else wants them, Mr. P stows the gauntlets in Griff's saddlebags.

While this is all going on, the griffon looks through the remains of the giants and ogres to see if they have anything that might interest his distracted master.

Proudefeets turns Griff's attention towards the blue ogre and the griffon, having gotten the taste of ogre-flesh, pounces forward.

Using Wheeling Charge to execute a single turn during the charge. They pass over the black tentacles but I think they won't affect them since they are at 20' altitude - let me know if this is incorrect and they'll do something else. After crossing the black tentacles they descend 5 feet to 15' altitude in order to be able to attack the blue ogre. Assuming that the blue ogre has 10' reach, this may provoke an AoO from him (the wording of Ride By Attack is a bit unclear on this - I would interpret it as indicating that there was no AoO from Proudefeet's target (the blue giant) but not protecting the griffon from an AoO from *his* target, but let me know if you disagree. The mounted combat rules are sometimes unclear about details like this.
