This book has a slew of great fluff for the campaign setting plus a hole lot of mechanics for the person seeking that. I haven't used the campaign setting but I have used a lot of fluff and rules from it.
For those people that thought that psionics became another form of magic in 3.x, this is the book for you. The new skill system and other mechanics make this THE book on psionic powers.
This is the best adaptation of the shaman in 3.X that I have seen. It fits well with the themes. The rules on dreams were really great; I combined them with rules from the Wheel of Time RPG and Manual of the Planes to make a great dream realm.
I've been using these feats in conjunction with my pathfinder rpg psionic classes and they work really well. All in all, the mind blades become usuable by any class; which is great for that high psionic campaign.
