Thanks for the responses Evil Lincoln and Secondsight. I'm working my way through the adventure now and pulling stuff together as I think its needed but will try and do both of your suggestions as I can see they will be required. Here is a rough sketch map of the Hook Mountain region to be used as a players handout. I also took Salama's excellent map of Turtleback Ferry and modified it to create a flooded version. I also modified the maps of the Graul Homestead from the adventure to remove the room numbers but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share them for copyright reasons. Does anyone know? Sneaky - I agree that an updated list is long over due and I know I should do it but it takes an age to do. So we'll see...
Evil Lincoln wrote: There's that whole subplot with the pixie and whatnot. Takes place in a haunted forest. No maps to speak of, but I think it would have helped me in my MapTool campaign. Yeah I could look at that. I've never done a woodland map. I seem to recall that I wasn't overly impressed with that part of the adventure. Did others think that and do anything different there?

I found a Graul Homestead map at Tintagel's excellent Creative Gremlins site here. Everybody already has that right, except me? :o)

Yeah I'm a bit out of date with whats already been done? I've extracted all the maps from the pdf as jpgs and they aren't too shaby and I might just remove the room numbers in Photoshop. I also seem to have aquired plans for:
Has anything else been done I can get hold of and is there anything that needs to be done? Grual Farm perhaps? It's a while since I read the adventure so need to do that but what about a combat map for Black Magga? Any other thoughts anyone?
Hey my group has been poor at playing (took us a year to get through Misgivings just because we didn't play much not that they are stupid, well...) but finally we are playing regularly again and so I created a version of the Shadow Clock. Ground Floor
Now I know these are not perfect, I just didn't have time for loads of prespective and stuff but they are playable. I changed the layout a little which may upset a few people but to me it makes better sense. Anyway enjoy if you use them :)
Stewart Perkins wrote: Well in fairness I didn't post bob the wolf as i was also only posting pcs :P It appears those poor unsung heroes of the campaign have been ignored for too long as they give their lives in sacrifice of others. The animal companions are finally being recognised... 'Bob' the wolf, really?
I thought I'd update the total deaths since I last did it 3rd June 2009. (I have continued to assume that animal companions and NPCs are additional and didn't count back to check) 1st adventure (Burnt Offerings): 166 (+9 animal companion/NPC)
Totals: 385 (+15 animal companion/NPC) This is an increase of 104 in around 7.5 months not bad, however there has been a distinct lack of animal companion deaths - what's going on?
tintagel wrote: Oh, I think I have a solution for our hosting and aggregation: I have Google Sites on my domain (educatedgamer.net) and have about 10GB of storage directly on the site (not to mention we can link off-site). I can create free accounts for anyone who wants to directly contribute to the project on the site (creating pages, uploading files, etc) and can even send invites to gmail addresses if you would rather have that. Tintagel, I've created a version of the Shadow Clock in Dundjinni that I happy to share, it no Misgivings but ok (I think). So if you could invite my gmail account, iamgrays, I'd really appreciate it and I'll pop it up.
I really like this item (maybe as I play Rogues alot). In fact this was the first item of the 32 I looked at just becuase its name caught my eye and interested me. Its been said before but it should take a neck slot, it should really 'snap' when being used and probably should be a higher cost but not to high due to the spell limitations. Good item, gald it made it and well done.

I'm interested in taking part in my first PbP and over Christmas I have slowly been working my way through your adventure and I just wanted to say how brilliant it's been. Currently I'm at mid-December and its been great fun to follow the exploits of Mother, Marius, Waifin, Zara and Raven. Of course a special thanks goes to TheRealThom for taking the time to run this. It's credit to you all that even a complete outsider can just read and enjoy it. Well done.
Now why didn't I think of including the BBCode. Well done Evil Lincoln and sorry to everyone for not updating the list. I've not been playing or doing anything for a while but great to see the thread still going. Some great new stuff too. My group is due to start playing again in the new year so I thought I'd better dust of the pdf's and check in. I might even do something creative soon, you never know.

Apologies Watcher. I of all people should have known that as you were kind enough to share them with me before this thread even started. I will update it the next time I send this list out. Credit where credit is due.

Great idea Vocaldc and very useful. I DM using my PC all the time and so having somthing like this is great. If I could add anything it would be a brief description of what the building looks like to the yellow pop-up when you click on the star. This is really useful when the PC's wonder around the town for the first time and to give them a feel for it all. Also on my wishlist would be a link to the Burnt Offerings pdf at the correct page. I will stop now. Its a great idea and you just got me started on the possibilities. I'd love to know how you do it?
Ok. I've updated the list at last. However you people have been so busy I am sure to have missed stuff off. Please let me know what and I'll add it. Also if any of the links are now broken please let me know so I can update them. BTW this takes ages to do.... Town of Sandpoint

Artwork
Burnt Offerings
The Skinsaw Murders
The Hook Mountain Massacre
Fortress of the Stone Giants
Sins of the Saviors
Spires of the Xin-Shalast
I am ashamed to say I don’t yet know where this is required in the RotRL so I have included it here for now.
My group is now between adventures so I thought I would update the totals. Several post-it notes later this is what I made it: (I have assmued the animal companions and NPCs are additional and didn't count back to check) 1st adventure (Burnt Offerings): 130 (+7 animal companion/NPC) 2nd adventure (Skinsaw Murders): 61 (+1 animal companion/NPC) 3rd adventure (Hook Mt): 37 (+1 animal companion/NPC) 4th adventure(FotSG): 32 (+1 animal companion/NPC) 5th adventure (Sins): 9 (+1 animal companion/NPC) 6th adventure (SoX-S): 8 (+2 animal companion/NPC) Side Quests: 5 Totals: 281 (+13 animal companion/NPC)

Watcher wrote: Okay.. for old times sake.. who wants some maps? Parse out an e-mail address for me and I'll do this one more time.. Rather than Watcher do this (again) could someone host the maps for him or Watcher perhaps you could post the maps onto a site like www.rpgmapshare.com? I can than update the link. I also plan to update the list this weekend so if anybody has anything additional please let me know. I have seen some great SketchUp pictures on other posts and will be including these this time.

I'm a bit confused over which maps your after? Tintagel has done a version of the Glassworks and catacombs but not Thistletop as far as I am aware. I may have a copy of Watchers maps on my laptop but will need to check. However the man himself is still lurking these forums and so perhaps he can supply them.
Moonbeam - great post or posts. Thanks for taking the time to do this I found it very interesting and useful. My group is still playing Burnt Offerings and so I will look into some of your suggestions. If you have any additional adventure supplements, enhancements or side quests documented please share with the community.
toyrobots wrote: The man needs to do... Just for completeness and it's mostly done already. Cut a bit from the attic, paste it on the ground level and add a little bit and ta dah!!! I would do this myself of course. Only I have no idea how to.... I agree Tintagel's version of tower will be interesting (and probably correct, unlike the Paizo one) and I look forward to it. I do have one problem with Tintagel's mapping - its making me a little lazy in my own map design. I have always suffered from having a group which plays very slowly, joking around alot etc. However this is all playing in my favour now as Tintagel's group has overtaken us I can use his beautiful maps. I only do little maps here and there. Tintagel keep up the great work its truly outstanding and what's a little roof between DM's???
tintagel wrote: The last of Misgivings is done Once again Tintagel superb work. Thanks again for all you hard work on this my players (and I) will certainly appreciate it. Now I know you are really busy but but would it be possible to do a version of the area around and including the Misgivings but with all the roof in place? I think this would be fantastic for my players as they approach the house and then I can switch to the internal ground floor map once they enter.

tintagel wrote: You will also notice that I added a new version of the Iesha painting. The one in the module is great, but it just didn't match the description of this young, beautiful gypsy woman. That one seemed much more... matronly? I dunno, but the one in the module looked like she could break me in two... Totally agree about the picture and I always have time and space for Monica Belluci... always
tintagel wrote: ... and I apologize, Gr4ys for taking up so much of this thread on that. You don't have to apologise! Your work has saved me months and I'm glad you share it. As long as this thread is useful to people and the work keeps rolling in then I'll keep updating it. Once Tintagel has completed the Misgivings I will post an updated list so if you have anything to add please post it up. Thanks again to everyone who has contributed to this thread.

Gaheran, Misika and Etherion. All the maps and stuff developed by the community are on this topic. At least what I have found so far... Go to the end and scroll back for an index. (*Edit: The latest one is Jan 25th on page 3). I update the index every now and then (when I feel it needs it). I will probably do it again after Tintagel finishes his excellent Misgivings maps.

I've been wanting to create a lot of my own maps recently, like Scarwall or Catacombs of Wrath, but after seeing the quality of your own work I find it hard to accept anything less for my own. :) I've used Dundjinni to produce my maps with a little bit of Photoshop at the end (nothing like Tintagel does). I have also used the Dundjinni forums as a place to find objects, it is excellent, and also has some links to some other great sites.

Having a player from the original group available is great - I was lucky enough to have that as well and keeps the whole thing flowing. The link to Aldern seems a little weak as he has already left town and so how would he know? You could have someone from the church heal them at the request of the major? The sheriff is away, the towns deputies have disappeared, she needs someone to help her, rumors would be spreading, fear of more goblin attacks and so on. The Sorceress then recruits a new group to carry on. Whatever you do let us know how it goes.
