"Well done, team. We should consider future ventures."

The Varisian turns to the yamah. "This adventure will make an amazing tale to tell everyone from here to the ends of the world!" As long as someone offers me a pint of dark, dry stout or a wee dram of whisky. And a coin or two for the performance. Or a pretty lass's smile.

Then a thought occurs to him. "Is there any way we might help you restore the glade to its former glory faster?"

He moves a few paces to the right, trying to avoid lightning-bolt-formation.

"'Embrace the void'?" The Varisian shakes his head. "Uhh-no."

He runs his hand through his long, dark locks and scratches his chin. "So, what's your beef with Ashava?"

"Man, let's not do that again." Gitano gets to his feet and wipes the dust off his dignity, Sczarni grin back where it's supposed to be. "I'm ready to go."

He checks himself, renewing his heightened awareness, if necessary.

Gitano drops to his knees, weeping for his dead friends. His luck finally ran out.

Gitano winks at Ginko. "The voice will never guess you're talking about ED."

Gitano might be compelled to answer, and he decides to be truthful. Of course, that doesn't mean the mist-voice can make sense of my answers.

"Snake-eyes, boxcars, you know. Why? I'm not sure. I suppose it can happen to anybody, I guess. It hasn't assaulted me yet, but there's a first time for everything, I suppose," admits The Luckiest Man Alive with the flash of a gleaming Sczarni grin, honest as he has to be.

When Sharptooth mentions that the 'butterfly men' fled, Gitano asks, "Sharptooth, do you know where the butterfly men went? They might be helpful allies."

A subtle flash appears in the corner of his eye as Gitano and his companions speak with the wolves. He turns and focuses for a moment on the golden trail streaking across the forest floor.

A celestial sign from Ashava or a trail of golden breadcrumbs leading us into Tulvhatha's trap, I wonder?

"Do you all see that?" The Varisian points to the trail. "Seems like we're meant to follow it. Windcaller, is the glade that way?"

"Congratulations, Windcaller. Under your leadership, I'm sure the pack will thrive."

Gitano watches the vindictive Riverfang slink away.

"But we must find the source of this corruption and put an end to it. Do you have any idea where we should look?"

The Foreigner suffers from a needling sense of self doubt, that when his companions need him most, his luck will fail.

GItano casts heightened awareness on himself, preparing to make his case to the pack.

Each pack member will listen to 4 skill checks total. 2 successful checks are required to convince them. Each of you may try one skill check per pack member. Feel free to roleplay this, as I might give bonuses for good arguments.

For PbP format, you should roll once for each member you want to convince. I’ll assume the highest rolls went first.

"Sharpthorn, you act brave, but do you have the strength of character to do the right thing for your pack? Well, do you?!" Gitano bares his fangs and snarls, his maw so close, it dampens the fur on the other wolf's neck.

In Wolf, the bard snarls, letting the pack's leader know that his dark fur and glowing red eyes don't strike fear into him or his Pathfinder pack. "If you've come for meat, there's none here for you. If you want to get to know us, approach slow-like and come get a sniff."

"If you're foolish enough to pick a fight, well, you're only going to embarrass yourself in front of your pups. The prey we seek isn't you; it's Tulvhatha. She's corrupted this territory, and we aim to make her leave, tail between her legs."

The Varisian takes a quick look at the contents of the satchel. "Thank you for the generous gifts, Cybelle. They should help us accomplish our mission."

He tries on the ring. "Anyone mind if I use the ring of protection +1?"

Gitano looks to his companions, "Serge, the situation's not pretty, but that big sword of yours stands the best chance of ending this. I'll take care of the green one; you take the red one, okay?"

He infuses his rapier with arcane energy and thrusts it through the green lurker's heart.

He straightens up. "Ready when you are."

(Magneto suffered 62 points of damage; rather than roll that many d8, may I use the average (11hp per 2 charges expended)=12 charges (17 charges remaining)?

Once Theodorus's men have surrendered, Gitano draws his wand of cure light wounds and heals the wounds he caused. "There, Magneto, that should see you right as rain."

"If the priests of Abadar asked you what the healing cost you, tell them you gave me this potion of cure moderate wounds, okay? Don't want them thinking we're providing services free of charge, now, do we?" He grins, stuffing the vial in his rucksack.

He turns to his companions, "Theo here's clearly misguided, but it's nothing a little Abadar penance won't fix. What do you say, send him and his men back to the Church of Abadar with evidence he's harassing innocents and going after the wrong suspects? After forfeiting a fair fee for the damages he's caused. Their gear, maybe. We're not thieves, after all."
